I was on my way to the gun shop to buy a gun and just when I was done and turned around, Mads then appeared out of no where, saying: "Put your fucking hands up", while he starts shooting at me the same time, with no time for me to respond.

I could understand if he got scared and panicked, because I had a gun, so I thought it was a mistake and we could solve it on teamspeak, but he was not interested in coming and said I could just grab a staff member.

Hello mate, I am the the person in question in this report. 

I just want to clarify and explain this from my point of view. Firstly it is correct that I asked you to "grab a staff member", now I can see this being a bit rude and I am sorry if it seems that way to you. However, I didn't wish to waste my game time as I deemed the killing of you fully justified - let me explain.

As it appears on the video, when you turn around after the purchase of your gun, I am asking you to put your hands up. At that point, it is the third time I asked you, and from my view point it seemed like you simply chose to ignore me. On the video you can't hear this, but it has been brought to my attention by one of my dear friends after he saw this report being posted - that it is not possible to hear someone talking whilst being in the gun vendor (I don't know if this is true for other vendors). I unfortunately wasn't aware of this bug and I can see why you're being a bit upset about this as it seems like a rdm from your perspective, howevver from my perspective you were more than fairly warned and it looked like you were trying to shoot me.

I hope this clarifies it, sorry for the inconvience. :/

Now that we want to confirm your version of the situation. you were not recording...

I don't really see why it's shady. I was under the impression that I was recording but apparently I wasn't. I don't see how this changes the situation either... I mean you can go in yourself and check this bug that makes you unable to hear people when browsing that vendor.

EDIT: and I think most of us has tried thinking they were recording but wasn't.

@Mads1997 I do belive this was an honest mistake and that you wasn't aware of this isse with the gun stores (ALL GUN STORES INCLUDING REBEL STORES). 

I will there for give you the opportunity to compensate Morten for his gear. If you accept to do this you will not be banned for this incident. 

(Once you have compensated Morten you both have to comment on the report so we can close this, also include a screenshot of the money transfer).

Hello again. Thank you very much for understanding and believing that this incident was an honest mistake. I accept the opportunity to compensate Morten for his gear, and I will be PM'ing him now to agree on a time we can both be online in order for this to occur.
