These gentleman landed on the Insurgent and demanded that a jet be grounded (this jet wasn't with us).

We decided to accept their demands as to avoid a gunfight. Mad Yoke and Kez Atlas shot us with very little roleplay, whilst we were clearly being non-hostile and submitting to their demands. Both of us either had our weapons lowered the entire time, or completely holstered, and continued making our position in roleplay clear even when shots were being fired. I believe there was plenty of time to react to this, even if it was initially a mistake.

I can understand how this can be seen as Low Quality RP but to put it into our frame of mind, you were informed of what was going to happen if you and your friends stayed at the location, Mad Yoke quite clearly stated that the HMS would be getting robbed and that you'd be shot if you stayed in the area, as if that wasn't clear enough, hearing this, you decided to keep your gun in your hands which posed some sort of threat, as well as this you literally said "Go on then" and it was only when Yoke started to shoot you that you said "No, don't kill us" so if anything this is a problem that was caused by your own response.

Usually, when a there is a mention of death and the other person says "Go on then" it pretty much opens up the chances of being shot. Also, don't understand why you created a report for this when it could've easily been dealt with within one of our Liason channels on Teamspeak. The only thing I can somewhat gather you being pissed off about is your gear and even then the gear you were wearing only would've set you back like 40k.

This show zero rp from Poseidon coming into there gang base demand a jet there is not with them to land or we rob and kill everyone. 

Not giving the party a chance to rp and killing Nathan that didn't speak one word get gunned down.
