Please (in detail) describe the incident: I got into a chase with who I believed at the time, was, Bryn Clark (a known Hustler), a person who at the time had an active warrant out for his arrest. This chase lasted a few minutes before I was told that people on bikes started shooting at police and a black sultan TC'ed me in order to stop me chasing Bryn Clark. Then I lost the car that Bryn Clark was in and saw the sultan that was ramming me earlier, therefore, I called out on the radio where the Sultan was. However, 2 bikes pulled up around me (I believed these bikes could have been the ones shooting at police earlier), therefore, I backed off, parked on the sidewalk, thus, clearly giving everyone the chance to drive away and signaling that I was not going to chase them. Then, when I'm on the PNC, Mack Daniels decides to drive up to me, shoot me once, to which I put my hands up, then, shoot me again without saying a word (you can hear Michael Mason speaking in the clip). We went into TeamSpeak where nothing was resolved, therefore, I am proceeding with this report (in teamspeak Mack Daniels told me that he was the one who shot me).

First of all, the driver of the Audi RS7 Sportback (Bryn Clark) is known to have an active warrant for shooting at police which already presents him to be violent and is known to be affiliated with the Hustlers, which are also known to be violent. Throughout the chase, you were given multiple warnings to stop chasing the vehicle yet you decided to ignore it and continue with the pursuit - which is fine. I then opened fire at police after multiple warnings were given, allowing the RS7 to escape.

As we head towards Mirror Park, another hustler is found with a police interceptor parked behind it (Matt Lothbrok, you), calling out over radio that they still have eyes on the vehicle which was previously ramming police officers in the pursuit which had ended just 30 seconds earlier. As myself and Michael Mason pull up next to the Sultan, you back up just a small distance as I said a few words. This is not at all signalling us that you will not chase, nor is it "clearly" giving everyone the chance to drive away. You could've easily initiated another pursuit from your position, or even began a shootout due to your knowledge of us being directly involved in the very recent shootings.

The scene was still ongoing and you knew that myself and Michael Mason, the people on the two bikes, were also involved in the chase and have previously been shooting at and killing police. Furthermore, as a gang, we are not going to allow one of our own be taken into police custody in such a situation which we could control pretty easily at the time. I spoke to you and other police officers throughout the scene, and, in my opinion, did not shoot you for no reason.

Also, in TeamSpeak, it would help (in my opinion) if you were actively attempting to solve the situation and not be such a brick wall. You repeatedly asked questions which I had previously answered, and did not enter the room with an open mind, but rather, from what I could tell, to complain about what had just happened in-game.

To start, this is a UK Themed server. With that, you would NEVER see a someone interject themselves into a police chase, to deliberately ram police. It is beyond me why you thought something like this would make ANY sense for a criminal to do. Due to lack of evidence, no action will be taken against that person but if seen doing it, you will be banned. If you wish to help a comrade in escaping the police, do it in a manor that undermines them. i.e. Set up so the perpetrator can drive down and alley and you block the alley with a truck, "accidently" pull into the road causing them to swerve, the list goes on and on of what you could of done that make sense to do.

The current mentality portrayed in this video by the hustlers is horrible. Some sort of militia acting like you're of the same statue of police. You are low level criminals or an OCG at most, you are to start acting like one. Never would you see something like this in any setting found in the UK (This is a UK themed server but it still has its core roots and a firm approach will be taken to keep it that way). 

To the individual on the motorbike Michael Mason, a warning will be given to you for RDM (G1.2). It was ridiculous to see you instruct the police to stop following or else (not the exact words but implied) They are the police and something as ludicrous as that wouldn't even cross their minds let alone you, on a motor bike acting like you run the streets like some militia. There are plenty of ways police could have lost that situation especially considering how undermanned they were. This was by no means called for or appropriate. 

Finally to the accused. I cant possibly understand what went through you mind when you chose to kill these police officers. As I've already gone into detail how wrong this entire situation was from the hustlers, there's only a few points left. Being known to be affiliated with a gang and having an active warrant is no grounds for what you did. If you had the intention of going out with a bang sure, go for it, but do it in a manor that makes sense (i.e. lead them into a trap down an alleyway or something), not drive around the street in open daylight and kill two stationary police officers with a shotgun and go back to gloat (I can only presume this is the bazar reason why you chose to go back to the initial officer you killed instead of fleeing a murder scene of police officers...). There was no quality roleplay had in this situation that warranted you to shoot those officers and it certainly does not fit in line with anything to do with a UK server. A ban will be place for your part in this.

I highly suggest you have a strong sit down with your gang and revaluate how you operate and if that fits with the theme of our server.
