Please (in detail) describe the incident: I aimed a gun at his head, i told him to put his hands up he didn't comply he then jumped and shot when there was 3 people with knives at him and me with a gun this shows how he didn't value his life.

Hello I am the person mentioned inside of this report.

At my defense as far as I was aware of I was arriving to a business meeting armed with a pistol with a friend who was also armed with a pistol to talk about sponsorships for an event. When I got out of the vehicle a gun was placed to my head, I assumed they were going to try and rob me so I looked around and only saw 1 gun and a couple knives. As we had 2 guns between me and my friend I thought we had high odds of surviving if I shot the gunman first and then my friend could finish the other 2 so I acted quickly and pulled out my pistol and combat rolled and immediately shot the gunmen. Fully believing we were going to win the situation i was expecting more shots to fire however my friend wasn't shooting the other two people holding knives as expected as it turns out he was trying to set me up as well.

If I was alone I would have acted differently and accepted I was in a situation I couldn't win but due to the fact I believed I had a friend to back me up to shoot the other two after I killed the first I thought it was a situation that I could clearly win unfortunately I was unaware of the fact that my friend wasn't going to help.

Either way you had a gun aimed at your head and didn't comply didn't matter if someone else was their.

Nah mate what you are saying is wrong we were taking you to a set up , you did not comply at all and you combat rolled. We were standing 5 cm away from you like with a gun with 5 cm away from your skull you cant do anything so an excuse of you saying there was a chance is not valid

I have reviewed the evidence in this report and with that said i have a few things to say to the reported party.

@Ajaksin your reply you state that you felt like you could "win" the situation, that is not what this is about. at the end of the day its not about winning or losing, its about the roleplay, in this situation you were tricked into thinking you were attending a business meeting when in actual fact a group had lured you into a trap to rob yourself. Now in this situation you decided to go for a win over taking the RP as i have said this is not what we are about.

With this all being said, i will be actioning this report.
