I was going to the drug dealer in kavala to sell my drugs but when I got there I saw some guys on a rock so I decided to stay above it and wait for them to go, they started shooting at me so I moved to 300m away and called the police. they continued to shoot at me until I got killed.

Point 1, When I had killed you, you asked in a very polite manner to speak to me, by saying as you can see in the video 'get in ts now'

Point 2, When in ts, You said, and I quote, 'Imma log out now so I can get one of you banned', you then rudely left - evidence: http://plays.tv/video/575855e3c7a982805c/1

Point 3, No attempt to resolve was actually made in ts, you pointed out my 'wrong doing', and left with a report

Point 4, In the video you say 'I'm waiting for them to kill me', showing you wanted it to happen, and making it seem like you further had no value of life

Point 5, I had shot many, many bullets of warning shots at you before hand, but you have removed that part of the video for some odd reason. After this, you proceeded to fly a chopper above a gang member, putting a spot light on them. - evidence: http://plays.tv/video/575856b4ad53d943c4/2

Point 6, Yes, I did proceed to shoot as you flew, but at that point you were lethally obliged to shoot me, if you had valued your life in the first place and flew before I had to shoot you, I wouldn't have killed you out of the chopper. (almost seemed like baiting)

Point 7, You have said yourself, I started shooting at you, and you move a whole 300M AWAY!! Clearly still in the area, avoiding the warning shots.

I said "I'm waiting for you to kill me" because I didn't think you where a very good shot,  I didn't think they where warning shots at the start as they hit my chopper.

You can very clearly see, that the tracers were not even close. My main problem is your bad attitude in ts afterwards, and doing what you can to get me banned.

I was wrong to come in and start demanding things like that I know that. it was just since I had joined the server I had been robbed may of times lost about 500k worth of gear and was in a very bad mood. so I'm sorry about the way I came into your channel I was just really annoyed and I just wanted to get comp and leave

You provided me short footage looking like they just instantly shot you down when they never, Matt provided some evidence to prove you was given warning shots. That is your call to leave the area or you will be shot. You didn't leave so you got shot. Nothing to report here. However, I do not like your attitude listening to these videos, you was waiting for him to kill you so you could complain and come to team speak just to say you're logging of to get you banned?
