Someone had a spike strip and placed it at a bad time, a pick up truck came by and his tyres got destroyed, I saw 2-3 players get out with guns, I had mine out as had just sold drugs and there was a lot of traffic so had it as a precaution, one of the players came over to me with a gun out, I said put your gun away and apologised and said we would fix his truck it was a misunderstanding, the guy put his gun away and placed his hands on his head, I then said i'm not going to shoot you, take your hands off your head and without ever speaking to the other player was shot and killed by LilRhys who then refused to come onto team speak to resolve the issue with myself.

Hostage situation? When was anyone taken hostage?

Did you watch the two videos I linked before commenting? Neither of us shot, you can see both of our views of the events and neither of us shot at you and this may have come from your friend shooting at us as there was no one else there at the time besides those involved in this.

When you shot me no ones life was being threatened, no demands were made, and no interaction was directly made between yourself and I you just saw me and shot instantly without initiating any form of role play. 

We knew you was there the entire time if we wanted to engage on you we would have been able to pretty easily considering one of your friends was repairing, one was surrendering for no reason and my friend could have flanked you from under the bridge, you read the entire situation wrong and its clear in both of our sides video perspectives that we were not threatening you and I made that clear to your friend and told him to put his hands down and that we was gonna help repair your truck.

I tried several times to ask you to come to team speak and sat in a channel with one of your friends waiting for about an hour and you decided not to show up to settle this or discuss what had happened.

 
I didnt ned to come into team speak i showed you my side i heard a gun shot and my friend with his hands up and im not taking a risk like that. I said i would compensate you with in game money but you never responded. Plus you say you had lots of gear on your worth up to 500k but you was revived by a medic therefore you didnt lose it. I dont mind giving you a small amount of money but not 500k

You openly refused to come to team speak to resolve the issue with me and your friend came instead of you, you did eventually reply in game but then went offline shortly after.

I had my stuff taken by police when they turned up and the guy who took my stuff disconnected, I told your friend what I had lost which was about 45 mins into being on team speak so you was therefore being ignorant and not coming to resolve the situation with me.

Also regarding the gun shot again, both my footage and the other person I was with did not shoot, the shot sounded like it came from behind you and was most likely who you was with, that shot was also prior to the RDM and I didn't shoot or engage you once yet could have done so if wanted to but I didn't as that would be RDM.

am going to post on @Lilrhys behalf because i also tried to resolve the issue with boston on rhys behalf due to him having to update his security level, when i was talking to them he said he lost 500k cash money but he got revived and i told him unless he got executed there was no possible way the money could of dropped on the floor or disappeared and when i asked for proof he said he doesnt want to edit another video out, i did talk to rhys and explain what he did wrong and what he could of done to improve this situation because he is a new player, but it just seems boston was trying to get WAY more comp then he would of recieved

 
Thats not true at all is it, I have the entire voice conversation recorded also if you would like I will upload that also, I said I lost 500k in items and cash as I bugged out when I died as well as police seizing items due to being RDM'ed you offered to give some comp and wanted to see the video and I didn't refuse to show it to you I said I didnt have time to render even more as I had already wasted an hour sitting for your friend who wouldn't join the TS and wanted to speak to the guy who killed me to sort it out with him, lets not try to lie and deflect from what happened.

@Lilrhys Doesn't have to update his security level to get onto the forums, it would be nice to hear from him considering we collectively lost out due to his behaviour. His impulsiveness cost us our drug run and other gear that I loaned out.

Extensive effort was made to clarify the situation, however we were shut down.

I had to do something to update my security on the teamspeak server you wanted me to join and also the reason why i couldnt get you in ours is because it is not my teamspeak, and also it was full of people who play counterstrike. When i went offline it was to play counterstrike which i am allowed to do, you dont have to be on arma 24/7. I said i would comp you but you didnt lose 500k worth of stuff. 

 
I waited for you for over an hour and you had options of how to contact me none of which you wanted to take, you offered me comp in game through messages then went offline so I'm not sure how I was going to get compensation from yo when you refused to speak to me, updating security doesn't take an hour.

 
I WAITED MAYBE 30 MINS IN GAME WITHOUT A REPLY BACK SO IM NOT GOING TO WAIT FOREVER AM I. IF YOU DONT MESSAGE BACK THEN YOUR THE ONE WHO IS GONNA LOSE OUT. IF YOU WANTED MONEY BACK YOU SHOULD HAVE MESSAGED WHEN I ASKED.

 
Rhys has openly offered to give you comp, but not the random 500k figure that you said you had. That shot 100% did not come from behind us btw, not a chance. Spike strip the road, we hear a shot and he sees me with my hands behind my head. You expect anything less than to get shot straight in the dome? 

It was a mistake bred out of confusion; more so on your part when you mumbled to me. Sounded a lot less clear in game :) 

 
I saw his message when we was all talking on ts when I replied he was offline I messaged him for a good 30 mins asking for him to come TS he then sent me than and logged off shortly after.

 
I literally told you on TS that he would give you comp or are you just choosing certain parts to ignore? Also like other people have also said; how have you lost money when you DIDN'T get executed? 

 

 
This is going in circles isn't it, I told you when I was downed the police then took my weapons and items from me but that cop disconnected with everything which is why no one got arrested after he witnessed shootings, you told me on TS he was coming so we sat and waited for him until he conveniently went offline. The compensation isn't even the biggest issue I said to you not to worry about compensation until your friend came onto TS to first discuss it stop using that to deflect from the situation.

Hes willing to comp on his behalf he thought you had shot at him because he heard a gunshot and you guys were aiming your guns at Northy if you didnt want no trouble you should of lowered your gun and apologised that way am not defending him it was shitty on his part to shoot without any initiation due to the fact lilrhys thinking you shot at northy

i just believe this can be solved quite easily with a simple conversation if your willing
