So me and a fellow officer we got a dispatch with 3-4 several armed men at Chop Shop, we realized it would be something going on at Heroin Processing. I went down to initiate to tell everyone there to put their hands up (This is the police, come out with your hands up!) I turned around and saw a guy with a gun out, I rubberd him right away because I felt like it was either him or me, he start screaming it was RDM and I was stupid enough to turn my back to him and he restrained killed me, you can also hear he screams my name as well.

I talked to the guy on teamspeak, he told me that it didn't pop up that he got restrained, but it says I clearly did for like 10 seconds! I gave his friends a warning earlier today about this, but they did it again, as you can see!

i  dident know its brake ruls but i didnet glich when i get out the taz my gun get up to hans so i think i can kill him.

thanks for report me I thought we solved it. you are good man.

 
I thought it was resolved, thought he told me the truth about happen in his eyes, but he lied to me to get away from a bad situation, as Steve (mentor) can confirm is that he told us that he didn't get the message of him being restrained, and that I didn't initiate, and from the video it says something else
