Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were chasing Lenny Butcher due to dangerous driving etc we were in chase for a while. once he was detained he kept saying "ooc I didn't hit anything etc" and kept breaking RP mentioning out of character and saying client side issue etc. a Little bit after he then starts saying "this is a multiplayer server it isnt accurate". Overall he was just continuously breaking character and ignoring my ts/discord requests. at the end when hes in the police car going to be escorted to prison, I have to put another PIC in the holding cells Lenny then disconnects from the server. I dont have footage of this as i stopped it to gather evidence for my 2nd PIC. I have linked all the footage of the break of character and do have the full incident on request

I've reviewed the footage provided and its clear that ID 221 was breaking character because he thinks it was unfair how he got caught because of a client side issue, just because he has a issue or a bug that caused him to get arrested doesn't mean he can break RP. If there has been a bug make a bug report and if you have lost something due to a bug file a compensation request do not break character just because you feel like there was a bug, if you have a problem try resolving it on discord or TeamSpeak with the officers or a staff member on how you should go about it don't take it into your own hands and break character.
