What best describes this incident: NLR
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Lena or the woman in cutlass who was killed at the scene of the fight before hand, came back to the scene to then pick me up after one of the cutlass members in the blue tyrus killed me. I asked her to politely come to QE three times after the incident but got ignored in OOC.

thanks for reviewing this report. i’d like to clarify the situation from my side and explain why i believe this wasn’t NLR.

what happened:

after i was downed during the initial conflict, i was taken to pillbox by a girl that i have not met before. i waited for some time (wayy over 15 minutes) and eventually returned not directly to the scene of the fight but to a nearby area which is still considered cutlass turf. i came back thinking the situation had died down, there were no gunshots or active fighting, and i intended to regroup and carry on with RP.

i was just going back to my turf to chill after what i thought was the end of the fight. i wasn’t on gang radio anymore, so i didn’t have any information about what was going on. everything seemed calm, so i figured it was safe to return.

when i arrived, i saw someone from hustlers, who had been involved in the earlier conflict, downed in a car. given the hostile relationship between the two gangs, i took the opportunity to carry out some RP and remove him not out of revenge but as part of the ongoing gang tension that was still relevant IC. i did not act on any specific information from before i was downed, nor did i seek out revenge on anyone in particular.

i would like to bring up that the clip linked in the report appears to have no audio in parts and seems edited, which makes it hard to fully understand the context or what was said.

i also noticed multiple hustler members returned to the same scene after being downed, so if we’re applying NLR evenly, that should be looked into as well.

i attempted to roleplay the situation creatively, but was met with ooc complaints almost instantly, which cut the RP short.

i respect the server rules and the NLR policy, and i did my best to follow them here. i didn’t return to continue the same scene, and i wasn’t acting on any memory from the prior situation.

Hi Lina,

I find this very hard to believe that you wasn’t on radio because within seconds of me going down you come from the opposite side of the bridge from pillbox and scoop me. Also, you said it yourself in your own response you have returned to cutlass turf it may have been 15 mins but it was the same fight and even if you hadn’t turned your radio on surely you would check and see if the fight is still ongoing to make sure that it is safe to return to your turf. I also believe that you know what you have done and are just trying to get yourself out of trouble by waffling anyway thanks for clarifying you returned to the situation.

thanks for your response. i’d like to clarify a couple of things.

regarding your claims about the radio i understand your perspective, but just because i arrived at a scene shortly after something happened doesn’t necessarily mean i was actively involved or had information. you’ve acknowledged that some time passed, and in rp terms, 30 minutes to be specific is significant. my intention was not to involve myself in an active fight but simply to return to turf. i stood on bridge and heard no gunshots then saw you down in the car and scooped, unaware that anything was still ongoing or it being the “same sit” as it has been a long time and not in the same location i was downed.

side note: i’ve told you multiple times that my character’s name is lina, not gigi. you’ve continued to call me gigi even though i haven’t been on that character in months, and during this situation, you even said “gigi look at clouds,” which i responded to with “who is gigi?” it’s frustrating to constantly remind you to character separate, and it really breaks immersion. please be mindful of that moving forward.

i am not the type to intentionally break rules as i have been in the server for a year now and never been put on a report before so i'm going to let staff handle this now :)

Thanks for you response.

You say you have returned to turf and stood on cutlass bridge and not heard any gun shots, i find that hard to believe as in my clip was 10 seconds after i was shot and thats when you showed up in a car. Either you are deaf or just completely oblivious of your surroundings.

Furthermore, you were downed on cutlass turf and you returned to another location on cutlass turf, you are right in saying you didn't return to the turf within 2 meters of the location you went down but lets not be silly here everyone knows cutlass bridge/ overpass is used during fights at cutlass turf and you knew what you were doing and just thought you would get away with it. However, I will leave it with staff from now on.

Also the fact you have been in the server for a year has nothing to do with this situation so not really sure why this has been mentioned.
