I was about to process my HEMMT and Huron full of frogs legs when I see a man with a gun running at my HEMMT, I start to drive away while requesting help through my comms as I assumed they were about to rob me, they then shot at my HEMMT without any form on initiation so I got out and shot Lean (the one who started the shooting) then his friend LennyHarpinson shot me then came over to give me some verbal abuse before stealing my huron and attempting to scrap it. I asked them multiple times in OOC to come to teamspeak to help resolve this issue and potentially get myself some money to compensate for the gear I lost, they refused every time even after Nalurah told them to take it to teamspeak.
Long story short:
-Got shot without initiation
-Got sworn at after being murdered
-Multiple refusals to resolve the issue
-Being told "Im just salty" when wanting to resolve this issue

I definitely cannot hear that within the video... If a staff member is able to hear that please inform me, also that doesn't explain the need for you friend to swear at me after killing me and then both of your refuse to come to teamspeak.

 
turn the volume up on the video, i've never had someone complain about my mic being low so its probably a problem on your end.

 
I most definitely cannot hear you in the video, I've re-watched it a few times and cannot hear you in the slightest, I've tried adjusting the volume and still no cigar. Once again it still doesn't cover the swearing and refusal to talk about it.

 
In this video you have provided you can clearly see you are too far for me to hear you. I also noticed how you did not include your friend coming to my body and giving the wonderfully polite message.

well you clearly had more footage with the fade out. Another feature to note is the attempted initiation on my tyres and then very clearly start shooting directly at the driver (me).

The clip above clearly shows you could not be heard from my POV. 

List of reasons for report:
Aggressive swearing in game
Failed initiation
Attempt to initiate on tyres and then shooting to kill
Refusing to come to teamspeak
Lying about using shadowplay and claiming to not have additional footage
Lying about being able to be heard
Passive aggressive comments in game and on this topic eg: "You're just salty", "You need to get your ears checked", "Get a better headset"

Clearly nobody has anything useful to add to the situation, the report will be dealt with in due course, if you have anything relevent to add, contact a member of staff.

Currently, as it stands with the videos given there is potentially an issue from one person's side of which it is very hard to tell whether it is a microphone issue from the reportee or sound issue from the reporter, and with that there is no direct rule breaking in that regard. Now in the video kindly provided by the reportee (Lean) it shows what he said but I will say you were a bit rushed and need to ensure you keep your roleplay up along with when you have stated you are going to take our the wheels/engine that you do that and not shoot at the driver when you can no longer see the wheels as you did at a point fire a couple of rounds towards the driver's windows.
