Please (in detail) describe the incident

I start by explaining to the gentleman why he was arrested, at this point Jas came online, as P.Burns obviously knows the people I felt Jas was best to deal with him, I explain the situation to Jas in my words and he takes over the investigation from that point. At 4m5s they start firing outside the PD attempting to get us to leave, I message an admin about this as you can see. I explain to them that they need to stop. AT 22m19s the gentleman is released from handcuffs. Jas walks up to let a gentleman who got into the PD somehow, unsure of how. Once we get him out of the PD they start their protest 24m. Jas explains consequences, and they refuse to leave. At 25m10s the gentleman states he needs to give Nevin or Devin his walking stick as he cant use it anymore. Jas asks a gentleman about his gun the person states “they he swapped rifles with the gentleman” and this is a assault rifle, Jas explains that he could be arrested for having the firearm, he runs off laughing, 27m58s they exclaim they are going to leave and rob a bank, they then run off towards the bank. For a bit of time we talk about rule 4.7 and not wanting the PCSO to break the rule and about scrapping the heli that has been abandoned and is obviously breaking aviation laws. At 32m50s we start to get messages about a robbery at Diamond Factory, i explain to all officers about the situation and call for some back up starting at 33m, by 33m17s gun shots can be heard from diamond factory so we roll up there to see what is going on. At 34m34s Jas starts to issue compliance to the gentleman we have seen with a gun, he hides behind a car and shots start to be fired.

As it stands i believe this to be their intent to get us out of PD and intending to have a gun fight by causing an issue so that we would respond, for the purpose of baiting us. You can see that the people who were outside of the police station are their and involved in some way. Also their attempts as firing weapons outside of the PD provoking us to respond to them is also inviolation of this rule.

I would consider this a rule break as of rule
(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

I would like to add i would have tried speaking to the people involved, but i didn't feel they would be willing to speak with me given the nature of the RP i had got from them,. Also was not sure what would come out of the talk, But i am willing to talk to them if it is needed

Roleplay

Good Afternoon, i am sorry that you didn't feel the need to have a quick chat with us about this. Lets start at the beginning, i was detained a greenzone for dragging one of my friends around (no firearm out, it is in my backpack). I was tazed with a shitty initiation and poor roleplay in my opinion, after tazing me fore the next 15 minutes you and your PCSO had your tazers out, why? there is no threat. Nobody is armed and you are in a greenzone. I distinctly remember Drex calling you 'power hungry' for swatting around unarmed civillians (or what appears to be) threatening to taze them.

The lad i was dragging has crashed my helicopter twice that day (and got medical help both times) and i was teasing him and having fun with him. He didn't ask for help, nobody was in trouble. Infact he was laughing, everyone was having a good time.I was left in these handcuffs for 10-15 minutes, without being told why i was being detained just told that "i was going to be spoken to." INS Phoenix, you didn't speak to me. At every attempt to have a chat with you, you ignored me.After reviewing my footage, i was aggressive (in full roleplay, there was no issue with the person phoenix or p.burns) which i apologise for if it upset you out of roleplay. Having said this, please note that i tried multiple times to speak with you before i got aggressive (and had been in handcuffs for 5-7 minutes without being spoken to)

When you loaded me into the car without saying a word still and started driving me towards the police station, you started speaking to me with a low amount of respect and i got 'aggressive'. You then decided that i was going to be arrested for verbal abuse (to be fair i did call you a gobby cunt), however i still think that you were looking for an excuse to keep me in handcuffs. There was no roleplay, i was just tazed, left for 15 minutes then taken to the PD.

About 10-15 minutes in i am thrown into a police car (my gps and communications taken, i can no longer speak and co-ordinate with my colleagues and have no influence over their actions). After a nice 20-30 minutes INS Phoenix decides not to bother with me, and sends in a lovely Prob.PC. The PC deals with me and we have a little bit of roleplay, i thank him for his time and say im willing to apologise to the INS as long as he apologises to me.

I really cant understand why you would bring me around all this way, to tell someone else to deal with me. it is just a lack of effort and its a shame that you dont include any of your roleplay in your evidence provided.

Firefight

From the footage you have provided, this firefight looks like a cluster fuck. There is no initation between either officer (or rebel) before you start shooting at eachother. Im not sure who shot first, i imagine it was Devin.

Devin is not in United Security. We are not on comms with Devin, we have no affiliation or influence over this individual. He is a funny man who i met at advanced, we allied him so we know where he is. Nothing else. We didn't kill one officer when shit started kicking off. Im not sure who started shooting first, but anyone from United Security only fired after being fired upon. Please understand that we hadn't initiated, we just watched a rebel and officers start fighting. In all fairness shots may have been fired in the confusion (may have been) and that is being modest, again however no police life was taken by anyone from united security until you fired upon us. At the point which you are shot nobody shoots until you start shooting at the group of people, i then unrestrained the hostages as we wanted them out of danger and not in the line of fire.

As for the end, your colleague says i've broken roleplay because im using my firearm. Unfortunatley not, i gave my 'walking stick' to another colleague who gave me his spar 17 (which i have on video). I apologise if my attitude ingame after the arrest upset any officer, however after being detained/arrested for 40-50 minutes for what seemed to be a personal vendetta, you may understand why i 'ran away laughing'.

I love to roleplay with police, there are some officers that are a real credit to the force. Unfortunatley, there are also officers who are there to just crush anyone tip toeing outside the law. This roleplay experience was rather unpleasant and i believe this could have all be avoided. 

Baiting

As for the baiting. When leaving the PD i said no we cannot rob the bank. We didn't rob the bank, I knew that you would call it baiting and more than likely report. (but look where we are now?) however someone else on the radio says that they have some hobos at diamonds that are there for robbing. So of course we go up there, in the last few days the majority of the money i have made has been through Red Zones and robbing diamonds.

If we took someone hostage outside the police department YES that would be as clear as day baiting, if we robbed the bank YES that would be baiting. Having different members of our group tell everyone on radio that they have robbing victims in sight, how is this baiting? Non of us shot you UNTIL  you started firing on every armed rebel in the area, infact you hear and see that it is the ONE rebel and officers exchanging bullets, even though some of us were set up and some out in the open.

Finally i would like to comment on the fact you discredit any roleplay given from anyone. You barely spoke a word to ANYONE at the hospital, just strutting around with your tazer un-holstered. It really angers me that you have the audacity to talk about roleplay in this regard after everything that has occurred. I would also like to comment on the fact that somebody in your twitch chat seems to say 'is this the same gobby dick that you've had a run in with before?'. This creates issues for me as i dont know you. I dont remember you, you didnt ask me for my name once during this entire operation. This gives me a suspicion that this IS a revenge report and as im saying ingame (unaware of this evidence) that you do have a vendetta against me.

I will say again INS Phoenix, i apologise if i have upset you out of roleplay at ANY time. I never aim to do so, and if i do i will always apologise.

Apologies if there are any gaps in my response or if i have done anything wrong. This is my first report against me in almost 2 years of being on (and off) the island. Please feel free to ask me for anything or to have a chat about this whole thing. I would also like to add that i do not have anything against any police officer involved (and not involved) and im more than willing to have a nice chat with Phoenix, Burns or Jas.

Please bare in mind i have been in restraints for 5-10 minutes prior to this no words said.

I am aware that i did call someone names in the car, even though in the video i say i didn't.

I am also aware that i say help me without saying it in game, as i said everything else ingame however im on two different push to talks, so i made a mistake there. However the INS is right next to me talking on his radio, deciding what to do with me without saying anything. Even when i ask for him later (refer to his VOD) he just stands out there within voice proximity talking on the radio.
