i was at copper trader when rebels come and start shooting at me, so i try to escape. Later they knock me out and say i have to put hands up while i am still down, i get up and i ask how to put my hands up but he dont care and just shoots me. I know i said hold on when he asked the first time because i was lagging but i didnt want to get shot because i was lagging and taking to long when getting out of the vehicle...

Well this situation was ongoing for a long time as you can see from his video.
Before we get to the trader we have spoted them at multi prosesser so we were already planning to tax them.
We initiated several times, as you can hear already in the start of his video, i tell him and his friend to stop.
They then try to escape the situation, he then VDM's Fuel on the way out, something we did not care to mutch about. But since we are pointing out rulebreaks here i want that on record.
So we open fire on their tiers to stop the trucks. After failing to take out one of the trucks we switch target to the second truck, when we see he have no front tier.

When we get out of the car the second time at the gas station, I also initiate again, so im sure he have heard me, and im sure he knows we want him to stop. (you even hear that from his video)
When he finaly stops after us taking out all his tiers (1 remaining). He start by going out on holstering his weapon when we clearly tell him to drop it.

We then try to rob him, but we couldt so we tell him to put his hands up several times.
(as you can hear he also breaks RP when he gets out of the truck)
Important to also keep in mind that his friend is just up the road contacting police. (when we were done we drove past and his friend had police escorte on the trader)

So when he kept stalling and not complied, we had reasons to believe that was becouse they contacted police and waited for them to arrive. So we had to act fast, and leave so we didnt put our lifes in danger.
(as you see from his video, what we were thinking was right, when he even text the police him self)

So when he failed to comply all those times, he kept stalling becouse he waited for police to respond, all our info on the "radio" was correct, and we had within full right to act by killing you when you never did anything we said. And you got over 2:45 sec to do what we say in this situation.

If admin wants it uploaded i also have his trying to resolve in printscreens when he basicly just ask for money or its gonna be reported. After I told him why we shot and even after watching his own recordings, he did not see the reason for why we shot him.

Screenshots of me threatning in ts? Lol i ask why u shot me while i ask how to put my hands up and i ask if u want to give my money, i didnt threatend u in any way. Isnt that what i am supposed to do in ts before posting report. And when i got out of the truck i wasnt stalling u knock my out and i get up and ask how to put my hands up when you didnt even started counting yet but you just shoot me

Not saying that, im saying you asked for money, and when i denied, it was nothing more to talk about from your side it seemed.
And from my side that is not trying to resolve thats just asking for a comp.

And wasnt stalling? You even hear your friend calling on the cops, and you are not doing anything we tell you to. That is called stalling. You dont even press "I" once to get in inventory, but "Y" to text the cops.
And again the break of RP while your giggeling "what do i press" is not stalling?

U told me in ts, "from my part this is resolved" so ok. And what do u mean giggeling, i wasnt giggeling and what do u want me to do when i dont know how to put my hands up? You couldve just told me what to press, it takes 1 sec
