We saw an offroad blocking the road, a few of them holding pistols, we get out to see whats going on and they pretty much ignore us and drive away - tyres are then initiated on and we begin following. After a short time they start shooting us from the back, having not said a word to us at any point. We carry on following them since out of a good few mags each, they only hit the car a few times. We decided the easiest thing since they clearly don't know what theyre doing, is to use lethal force back and attempt to shoot at the offroad regardless of if it hits tyres or them. They get a fair distance away and we consider that we need to keep our standard even if they break rules so we follow it to try and reinitiate at least. They start firing at us again, now with a MK20 and end up killing me. I was revived by an admin who saw their dispatches and thought something was wrong, and asked us what happened.
In the time I was down, Benjamin and Keith managed to catch up and were greeted with 'fuck off or be shot' or something.

We asked them to come TS to 'resolve' but it 'wasnt working'. In my opinion there's nothing to resolve.

Welp boys sorry for my behavior. Ik this will probably end with a ban so I just wanted to give a formal ooc apology. Sorry for the poor RP guys and hopefully you'll bump into some better players in the future. Cya boys have a great time on this server.

As someone who's invested a lot of money into the server like yourself I thought you'd be aware of the rules (Not that donating correlates with rule knowledge but you get my jist).

It's unfortunate that you haven't read the rules previously as in my book this wasn't a simple rule break it was a complete DISREGARD for them full stop. 

You seemed like a genuinely nice person but the complete rule breaks were unacceptable for me. The other people you were with also seemed to have no regard for the rules either.

I fully agree that it was kinda bad Rp... I went to talk to an admin on TS and told him what happened. (The exact same thing as you said)... but to be fair. We got stopped by an admin and talked it trough. + when we were taken to jail we all had a fun time.

now in a realistic situation you probably would keep driving towards a car that is shooting at you... we just tried to escape because we were pretty wanted.

And at the time I was supposed to know this how? You never let anyone know at the time you were doing this. I'm not sure why you would be speaking to an admin instead of us as in fact you are in the wrong here.

Well, I went to speak to an admin because I were confused... when I tab'ed back into the game I were getting revived and arrested... I would happily have joined the TS since I really didn't want to make it a bad experience.

Besides I didn't RDM... I killed Benjamin in an active gunfight (we killed each other). Note you guys started the gunfight... 

And doing the chase I didn't try to kill anyone we were just firing warning shots/trying to hit the tires... 

I have learned that we couldn't just do that, but as I said we were pretty wanted and just tried to escape.

I take responsibility for shooting at your car without a clear warning... but that is all I did.

P.S. the reason you were met with aggression on the highway were because the admin deleted our car... (that's perfectly fair). So we were heading to the nearest garage and suddenly the police show up... what do expect us to do at this point? Put up our hands and go to jail, or try and get away...

you had bigger guns so if we would have stopped and said: "stop chasing us or you will get shot" we would have been doomed...

Before you shoot at a vehicle / people inside (Like you hit) you need a verbal initiation OR us to already shoot your tires. You cannot simply just shoot at us with no initiation, thats FAILRP.

Ok, thanks for telling me... in my perspective it were pretty intense and we were caught up in the moment but that is of course not a valid excuse.

1. Thats not what we said, and you know it isn't as you mentioned tyres earlier.
2. If you didn't shoot at us in the first place, you wouldn't be "doomed" if you were to hop out of the car
3. We wanted to talk the whole time as the owner was wanted for a few things, the others would probably had been fine as long as the rest of you managed to not shoot us. Having bigger guns has nothing to do with it until you put yourselves in the position where we have to use them.

I were one of the pink men... 

and I were the guy driving when you got killed...

now here's what happened in my perspective:

We tried to take this guy hostage near Kavala... 

then you guys showed up and we decided to try and escape (since we were all wanted).

you then said stop or we will shoot your tires...

we got a bit away when you guys suddenly show up...

we try to warn you by shooting our rooks at the car/tires/air

we then thought we got away. So we changed driver and decided to go to a garage to also change car.

you guys show up and now we no longer have rooms shooting at you... instead Dakota had a rifle.

he accidentally killed one of you guys.

we then get close to the garage near Agios, when an admin removes our car and told Dakota it was RDM... he apologized and said he wasn't aware...

When them decide to run to Agios but then you guys came again... now we were in a huge disadvantage and of course pull our weapons.

it ends in a gun fight where we all die... while downed I got to the TS and talked with another admin and discussed what happened. I didn't notice that you wanted to talk on TS. 

We get to jail where (I think) we all had a lot of fun...

so I know we were in the wrong during the car chase... but we kinda resolved it with an admin... and you guys also pulled your weapons on them high way...

I just saw it as a car chase you know... I shot the rook in the start but it wasn't me who killed anyone

I also reread the rules... we should have initiated way better, but that sadly didn't happen. I always try to maintain a high level of roleplay...
