I just bought my gun of the rebel outpost to return to the airfield. After a person dropped me of I wanted to get a car out. Out of nothing this hobo jumped out of the car and shot me on sight without even saying a single word

Unfortunately its not, because the admins can not see or hear what happened before this incident, there is nothing that indicates that this was an RDM case.
