This individual VDMed many people on purpose, I couldn't get him to teamspeak due to the timing of the event (at server restart) however I would doubt that someone of his nature would have tried to resolve the situation with that many people, however to me he showed no regard for server rules or for the damage he caused by killing people just before restart and causing people to loose their loadouts and items.
