Me and my gang were bored so we decided to mess around with some hobos and we saw an armed guy looking at us while we were lock picking a vehicle (as shown in George's POV) so I decided to initiate on him, but I did not use a weapon nor did I threaten life. Before I spoke, he already pulled a gun and as soon as I repeated myself saying 'Can you put your hands up', he opened fire on me. Shortly after he saw he was being shot by my guys, so he fled into green zone. Then, after the police approached him, he started shooting into the green zone from outside of the green zone (as shown in second half of the video). I then gave him some chances to resolve this in ts, but he said no and was not bothered about me reporting him as shown here:

I did message him on TeamSpeak (as shown in the final scene) but he denied and said he was not bothered (could not provide proof as I lost screenshot but you can see me message him). Again, I did get revived so I did not think too much of it but the attitude he had was appalling and I do not tolerate it!

You have the nerve to call RDM on me when in the exact video you posted you are talking about robbing me and having a clear shot on me from the back? First of all I was looking at you and your gang lockpicking my friend's car and when you approached me demanding I put my hands in the air (WHICH IS DEFINITELY A THREAT CONSIDERING I CAN SEE YOUR MATES POINTING THEIR BIG ASS GUNS BEHIND MY FRIENDS CAR). Why are you trying to find loopholes through the rules about initiating by saying you were just having a friendly talk with me?It's honestly completely ludacris.

Second of all as you can see I ran down an alley down from the greenzone ON PURPOSE so I don't break the any rules and make sure there's nobody following me.

While i was running between the buildings I looked back to see if there's anyone on me still trying to initiate into the robbery and continue the RP situation and I honestly didn't see anyone. I ran up a bit and was apprehended by police. I did not shoot anyone out of the greenzone as you claim.

Why would I need a video of me not shooting out of the greenzone? You're accussing me of doing something wrong therefor you must bring evidence to back it up. In the video you clearly can see that I don't kill anyone else after I run down the alley WHICH IS NOT A GREENZONE

Because in the video we can see you shooting into a green zone. You did not kill anyone but it is still against the rules to shoot into the green zone. 

However, my main problem is the RDM.

The person he's claiming to be shooting into the GZ is actually one of my friends firing at the police. That issue is since been resolved in Teamspeak with the set officer who was being shot through compensation I believe so it shouldn't really be a part of my report. As for the RDM his literal words were "Put your hands up". I took that as a threat to my life and an initiation seing his friends armed to the teeth behind him waiting for me to not comply. If you as an admin have a different opinion  I deeply apologize since I was honestly just trying to defend myself.

1) My microphone does not work with my ShadowPlay so I included the scene of me hot mic-ing coming from another members recording.

2) That is all I have, but my main issue is the RDM and the attitude he had when I had asked to speak with him about it.

3) I did not say where he was when I was down, I was frustrated but I could not see where he was after I got shot as he fled the area. A fellow gang member was telling other members in the ts where he was heading. I did say 'He's' but I cut out shortly after as I realised after I was down that I could not say thing.

I understand now the shooting in GZ, but I was not told that it was your friend, so my apologies. But you did not roleplay at all, you just opened fire. You did not say anything but 'I cannot hear you, your mic is too quiet' and shortly after you shot me.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I think that you did not attempt to roleplay at all and thus you shot me.

@Metrifyy And for you please fix your mic if you wanna report someone for RDM i need the sound from you and not from a 3 part of view. 

And please next time don't run in unamed and make threat to a guy. is a shitty thing to do.
