Please (in detail) describe the incident

Well, first we heard gunshots in Kavala square, then we saw that a guy was shooting into greenzone he got rubbered and restrained, then right in the middle of that situation another guy drives up in a veichle and on purpose because you can see he tried to hit the veichle. Then when we caught them they started speaking french. (only one of the guys are getting reported for RDM, and the other for VDM)
I could not resolve this since they were speaking french, swearing at us and just kept denying anything

The RDM is clear and will be acted upon, as for the VDM, I didn't see anything in the video that would be VDM. He crashed into a abandoned car, didn't look like he was aiming it at someone.

Also, to the police officer that said to use Lethal's in Kav GZ, please remember (6.1.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a green zone. I understand that he is firing at people, but you have no-lethal weapons.

Anyway, action taken.
