Was just rolling through kavala having just spawned and spotted someone being robbed and decided to play the hero. Barely got a sentence out before being slapped by the rogue rookman. I discussed it with him for a bit through messages but he stopped replying. The first minute of the video is just me rambling the juicy bits from 1:05 onwards.
I'm sorry to make you wait so long. After thinking for the past few days I wanted to wait for Kipper to get his forum restriction lifted. After thinking about the report and viewing it every day, I've come to the decision that I will be dealing with it without Kippers input.
I would usually request a longer video, but you were just logging in, so I can't really ask for a longer video.
I'm wondering, was there any way you tried to resolve this? You state you did, can you tell me how? And what Kipper said to your resolution.
Finally hello sorry for the long wait I would like to start with a massive Sorry towards the staff dealing with this and Ridge yourself...Honestly to start by saying I was robbing a civilian in kavala on the main road as we can all see that is a very hot area and could go south in 2 seconds so I was on high alert...after robbing him at gun point ridge showed up not long after he got out the car and began to say "would you like to lower the gun?" but he then started to grab his gun so I un loaded on him...Ridge could have kept it on his back for the robbers sake and I would have felt more understanding but telling someone to lower a gun when your not a cop with your gun about to be drawn obviously would end up with me being the one maybe killed? Ridge could have carried on with his day but he wanted to play the "hero" which is completely understanding... I am on my last warning and get frightened to death when I see a report on my name as I always seem to do something wrong on here which sometimes I think are taken more harsh than others but staff are just doing their job which is understandable but I have been trying to get in contact with @Ridge_ for a couple days now so we can talk about this without a ban being placed... I can offer comp and additional money on top I can offer a chat anything he's willing to do I absolutely love the server as you can all probably see I play around 12+ hours a day or something like that so I may intend off making the odd mistake but I really don't purposely do that I wouldn't put so much time in if I intended to abuse the rules...

Hey all, first to answer @CST Meeloos question, I sent a few ooc messages to kipper through the in game messaging system, letting him know I thought he had rdmd me and asked for his thoughts on the situation. In the replies I got he said he thought it was ok as I 'had initiated on him' and was in the process of pulling my gun out. I asked him if he thought that was enough for him to shoot me (as I didn't) but I never got a reply so that's as far as my attempts to resolve got. I wasn't going to chase him up for a resolution if he wasn't bothered about replying.
In response to @KipperTurb, I'm not sure you can suggest this is in anyway my problem the fact that I'm not a cop should have nothing to do with it and the fact that I pulled a gun when approaching an armed man doesn't seem like a strange thing to do to me. I don't understand how under any circumstances you would think it was ok to shoot me without a word. I feel like there were plenty of interesting ways that situation could've gone and many ways you could've got out of it without shooting me as soon as I got out of my car.
At the end of the day all I really lost was time so I'm not particularly bothered about comp. My aim isn't to see you banned but the fact you didn't immediately realise your mistake especially if you've had warnings before is a bit of a worry tbh.
There's not much for me to resolve so I'll leave it to the admins. If they think there's a way this can be dealt with without a ban then that's chill with me but that's not my choice to make.
As you state you do not wish to resolve the situation, I will be going ahead and dealing with the report.
In this instance @KipperTurb, you did not see the errors of your way when you killed Ridge and him asking you why did you kill him, to which you reply that he had initiated on you. He was no immediate threat to you as he was pulling his gun out. He can pull his gun out without that being an initiation. I even downloaded the footage to see exactly when you shot at him. His animation to pull his gun started after you had fired your first bullet. In this case there was no verbal exchange, he did not threaten you in any shape or form and you shot at him without saying anything just because he asked if you want to drop that pistol. As you thought you did not do anything wrong, instead of seeing your mistake. As soon as you saw the report and you know good and well that you made a mistake, you state you will comp him. I would agree with this being discussed usually, but all of the previous warning are adding up constantly Kipper. As you said that we deal with you more harshly, that is not true. You have warnings for things and these things add up at some point. And now is the time when we thought giving you one last warning might change the way you play, but it appears you do not pay attention at all in situations like this. I will not be leaving this to be discussed Kipper as Ridge has stated that he wishes to leave it to Staff.
With all the warnings adding up to the recent report, Kipper will be banned for 2.2 RDM.
