As I was talking with some friends in Kavala, a man driving an orange van pulls up, Jack Ripoff says "Oh, you're not coming through here mate", but the van driver carries on and runs him over. I then peruse the driver and when we come to a stop at Kavala Fuel I tell him repeatedly to get out of the car. The driver jumps out saying "oh, is that initiation?!" and starts shooting. I knock him over the head and zip tie him, at this point his friend jumps out of the car, doesn't say a word and start shooting me with his rook ending with both of us dying. KipperTurb then glitches out of his restraints and proceeds to execute me.

After the situation I request them to come to teamspeak, to which KipperTurb replies: "You initiated" "dumb fuck" in OOC. At this point, due to his toxic behavior I decide that I do not wish to resolve with them in TS any longer, as the video shows a clear cut RDM and restrain glitch.

can u please explain how I was restrained ? as I have never knew a restrain glitch... also you was shouting and had a gun mate and early before that you was giving death threats at kav garage mate... you was blocking kav main sz road I did beep and said to move but you didn't.... not my problem I tapped you r foot with the wheel. I think this case is over buddy.

Ok, at this point you're just blatantly lying. Never seen you at no garage, I did not have a gun when I approached you. Watch the video provided to see exactly what happened and perhaps you wish to recant your statement.

buddy there was a group of people at kav garage talking trash towards emil we drove off the same car u was in followed? I don't know how to restrain glitch and don't intend on knowing mate so don't accuse me maybe it bugged but I didn't know that?

Kippertub is already banned, however I will be taking action on this report on Emil on the basis of; 

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

I see nothing that I could quanitify as high quality roleplay from either party in the orange van and as such have placed a ban on Emil for 2.2/7.1.3
