Please (in detail) describe the incident: talking through discord telling kyle to use radio and you hear kyle echo twice radioing grove to come to bins and when his away from kieffer still hear him talking

The clip was edited long before to clip to just where I died not sure how it stayed in that form but it wasn't to hide anything I made a slip up and could've happily discussed in QE. You were clutching at straws with an original rule break and I entertained it and provided clips then you move to the next. Onto the slip up I honestly I wouldn't even of known who was of deafened or not and with having my chippies character being the person of deafend while we play I'm out of the habit of defeaning while playing grove, as 99% of the time everyones defened anyway so I become oblivious whether I'm on or off. what I said could've been said in game kyle was in distance and I was shouting if I was hot-micing it wouldn't have harmed anything. Not excusing it I genuinely just hit abit of adrenaline while fighting and forgot to hit my N key, I cant speak for kye but he aswell I imagine just assumed it was me speaking in game.

I know its not ideal from your POV but id have at the very least liked a chat we've had a few situation when interacting and a lot of lenience has went both sides MISTAKES HAPPEN were all just here to roleplay but I do feel this one in particular had very little or no bearing on the roleplay which I could've discussed with yourself in QE.
 
The full clip was 16s long which you then edited down to 7s cutting out the part where you communicate over discord telling kyle to radio over to grove to come to bins which in turn he does, I don't see how I'm clutching at straws when we have pointed something out spoke about it and get it resolved with the report being taken down but obviously you lot seem to keep doing it so I have chosen to follow it through this time and let staff decide.
 
I was talking about the first scenario you messaged me for being clutching at straws, as I said genuine mistake to not open mic but I do feel it had no bearing on the outcome of the scenrio but get how it looks from your POV it was cut down before I sent it to you as you wanted to see my POV getting out the truck to death thats all you were needing. (y)

Aye the clip still happened of course just should hopefully prove I wasn't hiding anything from you. In all honesty as I explained I was oblivious that I weren't speaking in game and if I literally just held my N key nothing would've been a worry, hopefully yourself and staff can give me the benefit of the doubt on that.
 
Hi there it’s kye(Kyle). I can honestly say that I was not aware that lee was not on defended as I was just casually sat in discord eating food and doing bins when the incident occurred. I was just under the assumption that it was him in character as I was right next to him saying to radio as I was unaware that he wasn’t on defend. This can go down as a mishap on both our halves due to the spontaneous and unforeseen circumstance that occurred so I apologise I’
 
Hello @Huntz-OG, @kyle dolan & @Kieffer.

In this evidence provided we can see there is a fight going on and Kieffer going down in this situation, beyond this he calls for grove to go to the bins over discord.
Kyle who is on discord as well, neither of them being deafened, hears this call and responds to this call over discord and heads towards the bins.
There seems to have been some tampering/hiding with the evidence as well, which is not a good look.

Being on discord itself isn't a crime, but you risk getting into situations like this and with your history I'd hoped you would have learnt from this.
However given the report and comment details this shows us a clearcut case of metagaming as such the report will be approved.
