So we see 3 tempests starting their run of blood diamonds when we are set up at uranium refinery from our gang base near MPO. We decide to change plans and go set up at smuggler's outpost. 30 mins later the 3 tempests are at boats filling them up blood diamonds. They come over one by one. We let the first guy go, hopeful the next two will come together, sadly they did not. So we initiate on the 1 guy that's there, telling him to please put his hands on his head, don't move... He didn't comply with our commands and consequently was shot. His friend then comes over in a boat, we know they are affiliated, stops his boat about 100m out, switches to a passenger seat, raises his weapon at which point we shoot him before he could shoot any of us. I am unsure which was Kaspar but after dying, Kaspar then returns in a helicopter and flies over smuggler's outpost 3+, every time being inches from hitting the docks. After multiple low fly bys, he comes around right behind myself in the helicopter and flies straight into, which he then tried to say was an accident because "he didn't see me". (In addition, he didn't come to teamspeak personally, he sent his friend because he used an excuse of not having enough memory space to download and use TeamSpeak. We didn't resolve the situation in TeamSpeak due to the other party leaving the server, unwilling to come to a conclusion.)
