Well The same guy RDMED again. We basically followed them hovered above them. The guy in the hemmet box was unknown name for us but the guy that RDMED us was named Jupiter. When we landed we took our weapons because we were trying to approach him but he alredy started shooting at us and then killed my friend. After i tried to shoot him his friend comes and VDM me so i can't move and Jupiter shoots me while im immobilized. I asked them many times to come on teamspeak but they keep trolling and rejecting and telling me that they dont know what teamspeak is and to download some kind of "muble" well we asked them few times and they ignore us.

Alright so we follow to hemmet boxes driving around, we wanted to rob these guys but have not initiated on them yet, so yeah, we follow them and when the get to the salt trader they started shooting at us for no reason...Not only that, one of the hemmet boxes tried to VDM us by raming the hemmet box in to our chopper when we tried to land. Anyway...we land on the chopper and when we are down, the first thing one of the them startet shooting at us, again..for no reason whatsoever. We tried to shoot him back but he killed us both.

@TCK Matt sorry, just slightly surprised that they have the nerve to make a request about me, when they were constantly combat logging, and exploiting the game to save their gear once they died.

There was an encounter a few hours before this one, and they were continuously harassing/griefing/robbing us, We let them know at the airport that we do not want them near us otherwise there will be consequences, and honestly the helicopter is so loud that its not really something I want to be hearing at such an early time in the morning. There were a few more members that were not affiliated with me that were online who in which were also defending me saying it was the right thing to do.

IMO they knew exactly what they were doing, they were picking a fight, and their plan was to bait me into doing something wrong so they could rush to the forums and try get me banned, honestly ridiculous...

Also, at the airport they were trying to bait us into robbing them in a green zone which i'm pretty sure is strictly forbidden.

Robbing is part of the game, I understand that its annoying and u feel disadvantaged against fully armed rebels but that's nothing I can do about it, I've been there many times, I cant count how many times I've died against the big clans/gangs in the server but I dont cry about it. I just have to say, I understand that u are frustrated over the report but u RDM:ed us 2 times in one server restart.

I am very aware that it is, but you have not included the constant mocking/harassing and provoking (which you probably wont provide video evidence of), but when you do the above you will be dealt with accordingly, especially in an RP Arma Server.

Wasn't talking about this, there were multiple interactions before-hand but okay lol. You were yelling "GET OUT!!, STOP!! STOP!!" whilst charging at me with a gun, what do you expect, as far as i'm aware you were part of the initiation so I had every right to shoot at you.

I think you meant my friend by that. He was yelling stop, however if u think that you can shoot someone just because he said stop then I really suggest u go and read the rules again, what u did is top notch RDM and the fact that you are not apologizing makes me concerned about the other players on the server who might get killed by you in this terrific and poor roleplay of yours.

If (IMO) I am in the right I don't need to apologise. I don't play to death match, I play to RP and have had many MANY RP encounters since this which have been truly excellent. You can't say much about poor RP as you just steal vehicles, fly around in a helicopter and do salt all day...

Oh don't worry... Its all probably on Shadowplay. We were going to let it slide as a warning but we are going to make a player report on you since you are so keen on lying. We have you combat logging, purposely blocking vehicle spawn, ramming our vehicles in the green zone , hurling a tone of abuse at us etc etc.

I dont know what you are talking about, I havent done any combat logging nor have my friend here done something similar, same thing about the green zone, we are not that stupid to VDM in a green zone haha, stop lying to yourself and to others, however this has nothing to do with this report, if u want to complain about that fine, make your own post.

Heat in the moment, caught in the crossfire, you were with him. You could have been giving intel, I didn't know if you had a pistol holstered etc etc.

It takes about 15mins to get to the salt trader at 80km/h. He was driving in a truck that goes about 85 max i'm pretty sure

Okay I've heard and seen more than enough.

@JupiteR it's clear cut RDM. There's no roleplay what so ever from you. It doesn't matter what you 'thought' their intentions were you made no attempt what so ever to roleplay with them. You shot them the moment they jumped out of the heli while your friend is driving around attempting to VDM them. You also kill one of them after the truck driver has rammed the heli and hit the guy putting him into the VDM script, thus you also fall foul of the VDM rule. 

Your attitude was awful from your first reply and continued throughout, you seem to think you know all of our rules based on rules of other servers you have played on but it seems you don't know them at all. 

If you feel someone is deliberately harassing you, griefing you, trolling you etc then you should have reported that through the proper channels. Killing them on sight puts you in the wrong and not them.

You mention you're new here but there are too many rulebreaks here and your attitude doesn't help and thus you leave me with no choice but to take action.

It's a shame we have no evidence of who was driving the truck otherwise they'd be facing the same punishment.
