What best describes this incident ?: Exploiting, powergaming

Please (in detail) describe the incident: After driving a car full speed off the pier into the ocean with the guys body in the car, he then decides to start messaging me on his phone somehow minutes after I dumped his body claiming he's going to sue me even though he would have no recollection of what happened since he has died and I cleared his body cam footage.

I believe he's exploiting by using his phone while knocked out at the bottom of the ocean and he's power gaming that he uploaded his footage to the cloud.

You can see me clear and destroy the footage at 3:00 and then at 4:20 he proceeds to RP that he's uploading his footage to the cloud which is impossible.

I also have screenshots of the chat which I will post in a reply.

FIRST OF ALL THE MESSAGES DONT DELETE AFTER U DIE 2nd of all i didnt use a phone in the water after i woke up at the hospital i bought myself a phone and read all the texts u have sent me before thats why i am going to sue u

as u  see in the video i allways was trying to talk w him but he is not talking to me at all i didnt see any rp of his side that would be worthy enough to even leave him the car i rather have it scrapped of this guy 
He scammed me of my car that is worth 1.7 millon.
 

also i hear discord sounds i think u are not allowed to be in discord calls while u are rping my guy

also he stated in a txt that he is going to report me

There are no texts between us that would suggests that I scammed you apart from the ones you sent after respawning which is not allowed.

That is simply unacceptable here. And so it threats to report. Even if this player had done something wrong, have a chat in TS or report them, no need to go on like this.

Scamming while not cool, is not a rule break here. If you are getting scammed then you haven't taken the appropriate safety measures. I would also like to state that posting that this person is a scammer on their forum profile is taking in game things OOC, which IS against the rule. 

At this stage you can both take a ban. I will not let this kind of childishness drag everyone else down.
