Please (in detail) describe the incident: I received a call from Ares (fellow Vagos in the clip) telling me he might've spotted Father to which we then arrived at the Galaxy Nightclub -
Ares noticed that there were multiple people with Father some of which were Ballas based on their appearance.
Anyways, we walk inside not trying to make any noise to see what's going on.

After entering the top floor we opened a door and ran into a room filled with people, next thing I know I am getting hit with a crowbar and end up dying to Juan before there were any words exchanged.
We then went to TS and Ram was kind enough to help us sort this mess out - Juan admitted to his wrongdoings and apologised for the RDM.
Myself and Ram had a discussion to see how myself and Juan could turn a new chapter and both parties can walk away with no injuries.

Juan suggested on TS that within RP he could come back to the nightclub to pick myself and Ares up which Ram approved of and agreed for us to do this. Upon arrival to help medic the bodies, Juan was stopped by doing so by the Coalition as within RP we're currently in a war and they did not appreciate Juan helping us out.
This then resulted in myself and ares forced to bleed out and lose all of our items due to the case of RDM.
As the suggestion that was approved from all parties in the TS call didn't/couldn't go as planned I am forced to take it to the forums.

I am only commenting on my behalf as I see my name mentioned in this report as I was a part of the roleplay story that happened

1 - In this clip there is no audio whatsoever and I don't see you guys talking in game whatsoever ( via radio or just push to talk ) top left of your screen doesn't indicate that.

2 - The clip is very short, would you be willing to give us a longer clip with audio ? 

3 - you have entered a building you know is owned by a group you are actively at war with what do you expect, to be offered drinks instantly ? yes there could of been more roleplay provided by that other party but still, what do you expect? you came into the club knowing it was us and spotted me.

4 - You got to know as well, we were a part of a scenario that was lasting multiple hours, which involved, getting bombed, shot at, mysterious calls from unknown ID's a scary spooky story that had everyone on edge.

5 - I was listening in on the TeamSpeak call that you and Juan were in, and what I heard was a bit weird, you didn't want to "trim the clip, go through the hassle of a report" but will do it in order to get compensated for your items so you asked Juan for 500k in the city or he will get reported? - that in my opinion is a breach of 

(C1.14) Threats to report / Disputes / Breaking RP in Voice - There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example, if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or TeamSpeak to report or discuss only.

6 - You broke RP within the night club, by saying " we were told by a god that Juan can pick me up " . I will go through my footage later and post it in here.

I am not commenting for Juan, I am commenting based on my fact I was a part of this story, and a part of the things that happened.

also i apologized at that time for the kos  and rdm , and told them i ll try (in rp ) to get them up "if i can"

i can see that u are forced to do this and i still want u guys to help u to get compensated if possible...

u said at our 2nd ts laison that u guys lost things in a sumup of arround 500k i was told by some people in ts to not send u anything for now

i also offered my mining service as apologie or anything to get this case out of the heads of u and me.

Thank you Juan for your quick response and can I say you have been incredibly civil throughout this entire process. We have had the thick of this conversation in TS both in front of Ram as well as privately a day later. I appreciate significantly that you are willing and able to compensate unfortunately we are in this situation because following our agreement to a resolution away from the forums you were instead coerced back to the forums by multiple individuals as they expressed that the situation may be seen differently by admins even after you saw the fault in your actions and rightfully held your hands up, as you are still doing now.

FatherAugustus, I will go over your points briefly.

1. A plan was made before hand and I was set to follow his lead. There is no audio you are correct first time on the forums reporting a player and unfortunately I was capturing the wrong screen. However the report is for a RDM/KOS in which the accused has admitted to, in line with what he has been accused of, attacking without any prior roleplay/words said. You yourself have made a claim that you may have footage if you could be so kind as to upload it that could help us out even though the fault already being claimed.

2. In creating this clip it has deleted the original.

3. I had/have absolutely no idea who owns the building in my time being in the server there may have been a Galaxy tweet but it never indicated an owner same way I have no idea who owns Route 68 Gas Station yet it is tweeted from time to time.

4. I was not involved in your RP in the slightest the only thing that I had knowledge of was potentially Father Augustus (ID'd based of head shape and no face covering) along with members of the Ballas Gang we wanted to know what was going on and the reason for the uniforms it genuinely looked like some level of interesting RP, especially for 4am when the city is pretty deserted. If it was sensitive RP, as you have now explained it was, we would have had no issue leaving considering we had no wishes to aggress on a situation which included the Ballas however we weren't given the chance.

5. I made absolutely no attempts to threaten to report in game as C1.14 states. I had a private conversation with Ram in which he explained various rules to me making it absolutely clear and what I can and can't do/say in server or TS. I wanted to come to a resolution with Juan off the forums as he had admitted fault and was apologetic as well as civil, he expressed in line with his reply here that he is willing to compensate as it was his actions that lead to a loss in items. The TS was then hijacked by Coalition members and they demanded (1) he should see the footage regardless of his admittance and (2) it should go through the forums instead of him paying compensation in game claiming it was "unfair". To which Juan then changed his mind asking for a compensation to go through the forums.

6. In this statement, which wasn't said by me might I add, usage of the lingo "God" has been substituted for "Admin/Staff" as often used within RP. When it is used it is majority of the time because something typically is "not correct" in this instance we had been KOS'd/RDM'd. I believe the phrase was used in this way to signal that, what had occurred was not "natural" in terms of within server rules and actions were being attempted to resolve what had happened. The same way when a vehicle is blocking a spawn point and some states "no worries a god is going to move it".  Once it was made clear that the agreed OOC resolution was being blocked/unable, as I'm sure you would be able to see in your clip as aforementioned no further words were spoken on either of our parts.

It wasn't hijacked, we were there to make sure things were not lost in translation and that Juan wasn't bullied into a situation. I am also the one that said Juan should not pay you anything without full proof of what was lost, you saying I had 500k on me so pay that to me so I don't need to put this on the forums, frankly is not good enough.

You also then stated it is too much effort to give him the clip and you may as well report him if a clip is required. No coalition member told you to put a report in the forums, we just told you provide clips and evidence of what Juan owes before he gives you anything.

You also do require audio for a clip of RDM, you stated the other Vagos member also has clips of this situation and you needed to wait for him to come online to provide those clips and proof of what you lost to Juan, can you not provide those clips with audio? 

I'm only responding to this as I was present to support Juan in the TS call. If staff deem this to not be relevant then feel free to remove it.

for the above clip to be valid it would need to be with sound
so if you(or other members) can't provide a clip with sound we can't go further on the report and it will be denied.

Thanks for the reply Nikolai as stated above unfortunately there is no audio, he has admitted to his wrongdoing in the presence of staff but I guess that is an annoying catch 22 I find myself to be in. Father Augustus would be the only other source of footage and I highly doubt it would be submitted.

before i finish up this report, i would like to know why it took you 2 days to report this?

Attempts to come to a resolution were made on two occasions once at the time and again a day later both were halted.
At the end of the day the guy was honest and put his hands up to breaking the rules so because we couldn't find a solution that makes sense within RP, my only choice was to put up the report as its not fair that I have to suffer the consequences based on his actions in breaking the rule.

right, well, going off what i got Juan Vaffanculo(59920) will be receiving a 2 day ban for G1.2 following the FBS
@JuanNUmbahJUanhappy to hear you owned up to your mistakes, unfortunate that it ended up a report due to stuff you couldn't control ingame, i would suggest, that even though someone tells you to "KOS" still say a few words, "wrong place wrong time Vagos" could most likely have been sufficient in this case to not make this a rule break, remember it for the future
