I spawned on Pygros trying to roleplay with some people around i went at Rebel Outpost and i seen Poseidon at first i wasnt sure if its Poseidon or not as i havent played here on RPUK for a couple of days and forgot that i have to buy a border pass, i didnt want to get involved with them and i wanted to run away when i did they initiated on my vehicle and u can see that blatantly he was trying to shoot at me and not at the vehicle, the reason why i am putting this report up its because when i went to Poseidon Liaison i got treated so badly until Butch joined and dragged me to speak to him and u can hear him also saying that he didnt know what happened, i took Xeulifurs advice i did "shut the fuck up" and filed a report.

I'm going to say this once and once only because you didn't listen at all in teamspeak I said to you when I first joined, I was going to explain my side and then give you the chance to explain yours, I said my part and said did you disagree and from this video you didn't disagree I said I would disable the vehicle and by you driving away puts you in the line of bullets of course something like that is possible when shooting a weapon at a distance and at close. You can even see when you stop the vehicle we give you a chance to get out of it which no bullets were fired you then decided to keep on driving which then meant we were going to keep shooting at the vehicle also do you have longer footage  because in xeulifer's footage which will be shown when he's uploaded it you then decide to tell Poseidon members to put there hands up or be shot after we literally picked you up a minute or 2 before. Xeulifer also got in your vehicle and the tyres were orange from us shooting AT your vehicle

I really do understand that you tried to disable my car but from that range whats the point on shooting, u could have shot just below me at the tires or something would have been better u literally can see the bullets going above my car also and my question is where is your footage?... 3 last bullets that you shot u clearly aimed at me to shoot me but u decided to do it and i wonder to how many people that play here you have done it, yes i was revived after an RDM caused by you and i had the right to initiate on you since u didnt let me leave and do my stuff but instead u told me to put my hands up after u clearly broke the server rules, i came to teamspeak to resolve and Butch mentioned to all of yours to let me finish what i am about to say but u didnt, why should i listen to you when u tell me to shut the fuck up and be toxic towards me, everyone has their own roleplay and you have shown yours u clearly cant roleplay and u can hear the rebel saying this when i told him "they said they gonna shoot my car and then they shot me" he said "it doesnt suprise me". Sometimes people need a change i have had mine and everytime i try to talk with a Poseidon member they give me shit attitude and agressive towards me not giving a fuck about roleplaying just a little, the guy that told me to "shut the fuck up" fucked it up cause we were resolving hence why your command dragged me in another channel and spoke to me but you can also see that he was pissed what your Associate said, i dont have anything against you or him i have been on this community for long enough to understand that people like him doesnt belong here when they try to be keyboard warriors instead of keeping calm and resolve the situation, i asked u for a recording u didnt post it even tho you said that u have it but on my point of view there is literally no point shooting at a moving Vehicle from almost 70 metters away maybe more and get yourself in trouble. Lets say a vehicle looks like this [@@] and i am sitting at the left @ u still manage to aim at the left and kill me? Then u apologize about this? No mate clearly u get out of situations when u do that but with me u wont, i will let staff decide on whats gonna happen and i am willing to come to teamspeak and give you another chance to talk @Joshuaa Atlas but not with the other guy cause he is clearly immature to speak to. I really do apologize that we have come into this situation but u caused it and here we are.

 
@Kattana my vehicle was across the other side of rebel outpost of course im gunna shoot your car from 70m i have a scope and a weapon that is able to disable the tyres from that far, xeulifer even jumped in the car during the situation and you can clearly see that nothing else is red or orange apart from your tyres, the tracers are not me that was someone else, also someone shooting a AKS is not going to be accurate at range and some shots went over the vehicle, i apologised to you after shooting you out of the car because like i said i didnt mean to shoot you out of it and to only shoot the vehicle like i said to you when you drove off and for your friend that then went to RDM police officers that also was recorded and will be uploaded im sure was out of order i then said because of the situation i wasnt going to put you into a cell or take your equipment off you only to escort you out of the land because you had driven off, from my side i didnt break and rules in that video i hit you during me disabling your vehicle which i apologised to you about. like i said before i have nothing against you neither and i didnt speak to you out of order i spoke to you how id like to be spoken too and he got annoyed yes because you didnt understand what i was saying to you and you couldnt seem to resolve anything, (not to say thats acceptable because i never said it was and he knew he shouldnt of said) but the point is you drove off putting yourself in the position of bullets and one hit you im not arguing over this anymore ill leave it for the admins because at this point its just rambling for no reason and you didnt get RDM'd thats not what happened at all.

I call bullshit u said u have a recording it was you shooting tracers mate upload a video u were shooting above the car and not below aiming at tires, ill let admins deal with it and the guy wasnt my friend i just met him there now please dont go out of topic and talk about what u did. 

 
This is my point of view ...So josh asks the guy in the vehicle to stop or his car will be disabled we begin shooting after giving him time to get out of his car he does not after josh accidentally shoots him out which you can clearly tell we are shooting his car and not him otherwise he would of been dead before hand since hes driving in a straight line obviously in the video you can see him clearly slow down. We then proceed towards the car after him being shot out we try to say it was an accident josh explains the situation on what happened in the teamspeak josh also explains that once hes revived he is going to be deported out of poseidon lands due to the situation that has just occurred he would not be losing anything other than he would not of been in poseidon lands anymore after josh explains this and he is telling his side of the story i decide i will check his car to see what we actually hit we hit his wheels to orange and his fuel is also orange i also then dicide i will revive him and once he has been revived he will be asked to place his hands on his head and be zip tied to be then be taken out of poseidon lands he decides hes not going to comply and went to go for his car upon realizing his tires are flat he then runs round the otherside of the car and jumps in his friends or some random rebels car until i say to the rebel i will disable your car if you drive away he complies to my demands jumps out the car locks it kattana asks the rebel to unlock the car after this he jumps out the car runs round the side of one of our trucks shouts all poseidon put your hands up or you will be shot he then shoots me i die josh then kills him once again this time not by accident since hes just broke nlr after being revived this is the rule he broke

i have now uploaded the unedited version of the teamspeak chat yes my attitude is unacceptable and as i said i will happily apologize to him if he would like me to but you can clearly see in this clip why i get so heated he refuses to let anyone else speak and just wants us to listen to him but he made this a huge thing when it never had to be made into anything.

You can clearly hear me and see on the video that you initiated on me first so why should i let you take me after u RDMd me mate, second thing is that when Butch said one at a time everytime i was trying to speak u were talking over me and being so immature that we had to leave the channel because of you, not just now but i have tried resolving with you before hand aswell and your shitty attitude towards people just doesnt change mate, i have resolved so many situations without reporting but clearly u are not aware how to resolve something, dont play the EDITED CARD on me mate i didnt record my voice because i use push to talk in Plays TV with Capslock same as ingame and TAB for teamspeak, now that rule you quoted it took you probably a couple of minutes to find it in the rules page and u wasted ur time. It literally says above When RDMd/VDMd that rule does not apply... How can i resolve tell me? U tell me to shut the fuck up and u expect me to resolve? Come on buddy you are 16+ u know more and can do better, i am honestly done with you. @Joshuaa Atlas since u think i will be banned then i wont resolve with you either ill let staff decide whats gonna happen

 
@Kattana what your not understanding pal is that its not RDM you knew by driving off your putting your life in danger by putting yourself in line of fire, of course like I've said multiple times it was a accident to shoot you out but that was not RDM, I'm happy to leave it to the admins👍🏼😃

 
@Kattana well this has been mess hasn't it? To be perfectly honest I don't get what rule has been broken in the sense of the threat towards the car. Poseidon clearly stated "If you drive away the car will be disabled" and you drive away, you know the risk, if you get in the crossfire its tough luck. You lost fair and square; however I am not satisfied with how you break NLR, granted you don't die but you shouldn't have restarted combat after you got revived. As stated here: 

(5.4) When you are revived/downed:
 
You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.

Therefore I will be actioning a ban on you.

@Xeulifer swearing in Teamspeak, we've had a chat about that and I'll be documenting that, that's not how you behave in a liaison no matter whats gone on in-game. This is an adult community after all. Common sense.

Your report has been dealt with, but perhaps not in the way you originally envisaged.

Whether this is beneficial or disadvantageous to you will depend entirely on the situation, and staff will have taken the most-appropriate action in the circumstances.
