Please (in detail) describe the incident

I rob Joshua and then hear the truck so I hide behind the wall and await it. I then see the truck and it stops for Joshua and he hops in. I initiate on the truck and it doesn't listen so I attempt to shoot out the wheels. Whilst I attempt this it drives away and flee's to the greenzone.

hey buddy I am Joshua, I just want to clear my name in this. You robbed me and i complied to you. i saw you run off so i got into the truck. becasue i thought you left me when in the truck it was locked and i couldn't get out. 

as for your comment about trying to resolve this you never called to TS or message us. you did not attempt to resolve this at all.

Yes I did try to resolve it. Royrizzla told me to fuck off because what youse did isnt banable. Also I reinitiated on the truck and youse continued to proceed. If you was decent enough you would of told him to stop the truck.

 
I did not hear him tell you to fuck off and i cant control if someone locks or unlocks the truck buddy that up to them. as far as i am aware i did nothing wrong at all. i complied to you and let you rob me and you run away allowing me to be free. after that i got in that truck and it was locked it was out of my hands.

 
Do you happen to have any proof to show who the driver of the HEMMT Box is? The only person we know for a fact to be in that truck is Joshua and he is the passenger of the vehicle. @Kawai

No mate. I did catch up to him around 3 minutes later when I seen them both together and he did admit to me he was the driver. Unfortunately I no longer have the recordings due to deleting them. Sorry.

 
Unfortunately, there is no evidence showing who was actually in the drivers seat of the vehicle and Joshua was in the passenger seat so it could be argued that he at that point he was not in control and didn't willingly go into the greenzone.

Report Rejected - Insufficient Evidence.
