Please (in detail) describe the incident

i was driving along with my friend when we collided with the other car and so i got out to repair and ask why they were swerving along the road. they were being ignorant and went to drive off so i pulled my gun out and captured one of them to which they constantly ran me over and their friend. i shouted that i will shoot if they do not stop and so they drove at me and as they hit me i killed the driver and i got killed. The paramedics came took about 10 minutes to get me sorted and then the guys came back to rob me and my friend i was in the car my friend drove off i couldnt get out and comply myself so we both got shot. when lieing on the ground i told them that i will comply and not to kill me but instead they mocked me and shot me.

They didn't actually hit you with the car,only when you shot at the player he decided to run you over for his own safety.

You say we constantly ran you over, we did it once after I had lost control of the vehicle and so it continued driving into you because it has a thing called momentum even after my foot comes of the accelerator because i'm dead.

After reviewing the video it was clear that you had attempted to run him over and the only exception to the rule VDM is with MRAPS. It seems to be that you could be un aware of the rules here at Roleplay.co.uk, so I would advise to read them if you haven't done already, Do not use your vehicles as weapons.

I will action a ban upon, for the following rule break -

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban
