We were chasing him for around 8 minutes as we came to assist a unit that had been chasing him for a while because he failed to stop and was wanted for murder, In the video you see when we initiated on tyres, no shots were even fired, not that it matters since we initiated on tyres to disable the vehicle. He carried on driving and then stopped, got out and started shooting, this is when maindsyy rubbered him.
He took a while to get to ts, and make it awkard as he said he would only talk if 1 or 2 cops were there. He changed his story and his issue with the situation many times. We finally got it down to he heard a shot when he got out the car so he shot at us. Even though nobody shot as seen in the video. He was adamant that that happened, even though he changed his arguement to that. When we uploaded the video he then said, 'oh I dont care about that bit, Im talking about when you initiated' You shot at my tyres so I shot back. (which we didnt) so then he said 'so now youre in the wrong, goodbye have a nice day' and left.
Hes made this whole process very awkward and we even had a talk in ts about no one wanting to get each other banned, this can be easily left on good terms as long as we accept what happened. When he left, he left the ts, we waited and searched for his name in all ts. We dont think he cared much, so we took it higher.
