This guy took my friend hostage and shot him, told the medics to go away, he had a ride with him around altis but never took his GPS or comms. I kept following him, and my friend made clear to him that I was following him and that we were together. i killed him but shortly after i went to scrap his quilin, he decided to brake NLR and stop me - him and his friend.

He actually broke NLR while we were solving a supposed RDM, which he says he has evidence of. we were both literally on TS while he decided to initiate on me at scrap dealer.

Hello my friend! Would you please upload a longer video with you committing RDM upon me before we go any further? As I have tried to tell you previously, RDM does in fact excuse me of breaking NLR as shown here:

All you are showing me here is just you executing me, driving off and then cutting the time short to where you encountered us at the scrap dealer. If you are going to provide evidence, please provide the full footage from our first encounter 🙂

I will remind you again that when RDM'd which you strongly deny doing, you are excused of NLR completely! It says it in the rule itself! You need to provide the full footage of the initial killing from yourself to deem this a clear case of breaking NLR.

well since you claimed I RDMed you please, be my guest and upload the footage. not only that I talked to staff Kempi on TS with you and after I told him what happened he never said I was in the wrong

 
@TROOP-X44 I will remind you that my words were somewhere along the line off "Staff do not give out opinions without seeing any video evidence or seeing the situation with their own eyes" Whilst I didn't say you in the wrong I also clearly stated I was not going to give any opinions until there was video evidence of the situation.

 
You are the one reporting me here fella. If you are reporting me for breaking NLR, back it up with the encounter that led up to my death as that plays a big part in reporting someone for this rule. @TROOP-X44

@Jordan Orion im reporting you for NLR rule break, your just saying I RDMed u. wheres your evidence? any hobo who doesn't have evidence can say 'you rdmed' just to get out of this situation

Theres plenty of time @jordan Orion. Internet speed doen't matter, please defend yourself with evidence in this matter. theres no rush

That's right Nud! You are! However Rekkemo is requesting a full video from our encounter leading up to your travels to the scrap dealer. This is your report mate. Once again, I will leave the full footage to you. I'd expect you to have it since I asked you if you have the full footage of you killing me and you replied with ''yes I will have it''. I find it terribly odd how you have the execution magically at the beginning of the video but not the rest?

 
I've put my written defence across and that is all I will be doing. But read carefully what I am about to say to you...

The staff team are requesting a FULL video from the encounter that led up to my death and then to the time from which you encountered me again at the scrap dealer. How do the staff team know that your kill on me was a legitimate kill that was carried out with high quality roleplay to the point on where this can be deemed a breach of NLR?

After all, you said it yourself ''well this is NLR report''.

You are the reporter and you need to back your case up just a little bit more.

I'm not going to go around in circles with you. 

Staff have made their first request on this report. I'll allow you as the reporter to deliver.

Well put it this way, if you are going to upload the FULL encounter between me and you near Kavala which then led to you committing RDM and then getting into my quilin and driving it up the scrapyard then I think that's all we need. The point of views won't show much difference. The main focus here is the first encounter between me and you, the travel time to the scrapyard and then our second encounter at the scrapyard. That in a nutshell, is what the staff team want and they just need it from either one of us. You are the reporter here @TROOP-X44.. The stage is yours.

 
I'll let the admin tell me what to do, so keep talking. so far you've not defended yourself with evidence or been helpful so stop clustering the report

+ Admin please look into Jordans claim that I RDMed. that would pretty much be me getting banned for something he said but has no evidence of
