I saw a black Hellcat helicopter that I knew was from someone friendly I met in the server earlier on. I saw that they were following a HEMTT box, and I decided to help them out. They were probably going to rob them, so I decided to follow the HEMTT box. We followed the HEMTT for 5 minutes, after that the HEMTT got himself stuck between houses. When we pulled out of the car and started telling the two individuals in the vehicle to get out of the vehicle and pop their hands behind their head, one escaped and fled to the broken building. The other one stepped out of the vehicle and started talking to the other robber. I followed the one that went into the broken building (Jord) and told him that if he pulled out a weapon on me, that I was going to have to open fire upon him. I then saw him pulling out a weapon on me, and because of quality roleplay I decided to not open fire and tell him to holster his weapon. Then he jumped off the building, layed down on the ground and aimed at me. I told him that he had to put the weapon away and pop his hands behind his head. He did not say anything nor did he holster his weapon. He started opening fire on me and shot me down. After that one of the other robbers (Scott Weiland) ran up to him without a weapon and he opened fire again. I know that Scott Weiland lost his gear, I got helped up by a medic.

I asked Jord to come to Teamspeak to figure this out, but he told me that he was not going to do so and that he wouldn't shoot someone without saying anything the next time.
He did not read the rules I think...

Yeah I was in the hellcat as the co-pilot (I was eating food and was just hanging out with my gang) and the 2 others I were in a gang with wasn't sure if they wanted to rob them or not so we kept on following to see if they were doing drugs or some other stuff.

When we landed, my fellow gang members wasn't sure if they wanted to rob them or if we should just leave them as you might hear at the start of the clip. So I walked over unarmed just to start a friendly conversation and I noticed "James" and the other guy "Jord" ran of so I wanted to see what they were doing and when I finally see the two of them they both have their guns out and "Jord" starts shooting at "James" so naturally I don't want to die so I try to tell "Jord" (who just committed RDM) that I am not with "James" so I would not get shot as well but he continues to shoot me and probably would have shot my friends as well if they didn't take him down afterwards.

What the pilot did at 15m15s is quite questionable, please be more careful with things like doing that, if your skid was to hit the floor and suddenly stop the HEMMT would have not been able to react. 

With that out of the way let's move onto the actual report. 

At 16m48s you can vagely hear someone say "Pop your hands behind your head".
The same voice says the same thing again when you are running behind the building, Jord then shoots the guy who asks him to pop his hands behind his head, turns around and shoots Scott who is unarmed.

Now from Jords POV he sees 1 hatchback, 1 quillin and a Hellcat following him, he'd assume you are all together, obviously this was not the case. 

From what I hear there was no actual initiation made, he was simply told to "pop his hands above his head" as for this Jord shouldn't have actually opened fire at that point, or he should have made a counter initiation which he did not do. 

As Jord has only been on this server for the amount of 6 hours I will issue him a warning for RDM and I will be speaking to him in-game when I can about this issue and I will be directing him to our rules.
