Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were checking around for anything to do to where we check Iron Processor and find John Riddle and a friend of his where they initially take threat off of us. He tells me to stand infront of him so as I do he shoots aside of me after I question what would happen if I didn't. In response to his action I pull out a pistol to tell him to put his hands on his head and instead of that he sprays me down like he was wielding a minigun

After asking you several times to move in front of the ruck you failed to do so. so instead of shooting you I decided to shoot into the air as a warning (threat) and tell you again, so instead of following my command you decided to pull out a gun and told me to put my hands in front of my head. This made me respond by shooting. The reason for me gun pointing you was your and your friend running off near us, your friend with a gun on the hill pointing at us and the helicopter. 

I attempted to role-play with you fully, but you decided to totally ignore the fact that I had a gun pointed right at you and continued to run off several times after I told you to stay beside me. Upload a longer demo to show the full situation. If not I will do so myself.

I am entirely aware of you having a gun at me but due to the reason of me having multiple armed people around you that you was surely aware of put me in the feel where I was covered enough to tell you to pop your hands on your head as nobody lethally initiated to the point of shooting. Usually in my experience when people see multiple armed rebels they realize that they are together know clearly you are outnumbered no matter what occurs. In my eyes that is.

Yes and the only way you were able to do so is because you kept moving away from the place I told you to stay beside. So If you pull out a gun at me after I told you to move to a certain location I can shoot you. I tried to role-play it over and over and you pulled a gun, So I went through with the rp. I did not die after shooting you. I was able to escape and kill another before getting shot because I never knew there was a third person. 

The thing is. I did not role play poorly you are just annoyed that I shot you after you pulled a gun at me. What did you think was going to happen? we were going to have a nice conversation with a cup of tea with guns at each other? no. I shot you on valid grounds after you failed to do as I said several times. You moved away constantly trying to get a better advantage and after I knew you will not comply and keeping you alive was pointless, so I shot you.

Alright with the creative start to this it did put it in perspective that my actions we in fact kind of silly as I rely'd on people in the distance way too much to think I would be able to get away with pulling a rook out on you to tell you to pop your hands on your head however that role play was still possible but you had multiple executable options to take, As of this I now realize I did wrong here and I apologize for causing troubles. From what I can see in the video/read from the comments you've put, you had been initiated on. You then decided to whip out a handpistol and threaten him to put his hands on his head, while he was already aiming a pistol at yourself. He was in his full right to eliminate you as you were threatening him.
