i was standing at kavla bar when a player landed a helicopter next to garage on top of a tall building next to it and starting killing people as they where taking out there cars. Then all of the sudden i was takin aim at and shot in the head left to bleed out losing all of my gear!

not everybody runs a recorder on everything!!! keep that in mind to keep happy players...

Unfortunately the reason we cannot just go off that is that anyone could report a player for RDM and if we go off what you say then everyone would be banned, we need to be sure that it is RDM rather than the possibility of someone being salty from loosing a legit gunfight. I dont think you would like that someone lost a gunfight to you legit, get a screenshot of them dieing bu you and then we ban you just off that... its not fair if you get my point.

Anyways, unfortunately because of insufficient evidence, i am going to deny
