Please (in detail) describe the incident: My people and I confronted a group of individuals that we were targetting who were doing bins. We significantly outnumbered them and repeatedly instructed them to surrender by raising their hands. Two of the individuals, Joe Rickster and Billy Mcclean (as seen punching in the background of the clip), blatantly disregarded the value of their own life. Despite our numerous commands to comply, they refused to raise their hands. Instead, they proceeded to physically attack us using their fists, even though we had a pistol and a shotgun aimed directly at them. If you need more info let me know. Incident starts at minute 1:00.

First off i would like to address the fact this feels a bit like a revenge report against my self and billy seen at the first opportunity as we recently left the sinz group along with the others targeted in the video and joined another gang?
yet some how having no interaction with sinz tht morning or recently prior to this interaction they knew exactly where to find us
you some how knew we where out doing bins with our exact location on a randomly generated route at that time and we were also blacked out - from that distance and without actually RPing im unsure how this is possible to identify it was us? , there was no attempt to resolve this matter in OOC OR QE also to add there was further interaction/shoot outs involving both partys later in the city yet with no mention of any of this or asking from any of sinz members to discuss this ...

may i also add it doesn't fit the requirements of including IDs on the report itself nor in the video posted?
however again with no mention in the RP scenario do me or billy mention our name/full name yet in this report you already know this information..

First off, I would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns.

You mentioned that this feels like a revenge report against yourself and Billy because you recently left the Sinz gang and joined another gang. However, the reality is that after you joined Chippieone’s gang, you have been posting pictures on Tweedle in our turf and tried to get a response from us, which prompted us to act on it. This is not about revenge, but about responding to your own actions.

Regarding the accusation of meta gaming, it's important to understand the definition: meta gaming in RP is using out-of-character information to influence in-character actions. We did not break this rule. We found you because one of our members heard you speak as you drove past them. They called it out on the radio, which led us to search for you, and that’s when the video clip above started.

As for your claim about the lack of IDs in the report and video, it's worth noting that we identified you based on the interactions and the context of your actions. Although you didn't mention your names in the RP scenario, your voices and behavior made it clear who you were the same way as seen in the clip Billy knew that it was Taz involved as he was calling it out. Just because you do not understand how we found you does not mean you should accuse us of meta gaming. There could have been a variety of ways to find out who you were, the one we used being voice ID you and then keep note of your blacked-out clothing which we have seen many times before.

The main point of this report is that you broke the NVL (Not Valuing Life) rule. This rule is crucial when you join RP. We believe you deserve the report based on this rule violation.

okay so i am not denying my action of NVL didn't say above that i was!!..
however in the same way i have disregarded this tho for a moment you also disregarded your reasoning behind the report with no attempt at QE or OOC to resolve this ?..

- however my reasoning for this is because at that point i thought of my own judgment based on my previous experience of sins in similar situations they have never been know to be one for encouraging violence in these situations but infact to try come to good reasoning and discuss these matters first or even pay there way out of situations rather, so based on knowing this and most of there remaining members being poor shooters in my opinion i knew there would be alot of hesitation on sins behalf whether not to have shoot me and billy and the others also being ex members which in the video you can clearly see when i do not comply after being told i would be shot ... All members failed to gun me down immediately but instead allowed myself and billy to actually engage in a fist fight , i presumed within this hesitation period the others with my self and billy would have been able to turn the scenario however was not aware they didn't have any form of weapon nor on anyone of us so this was a lack of poor judgement on my behalf acting on limited information avail..

i am referring to the video actually about how u knew it was us when short while in.. the first interaction on your radio regarding us is when we are referred to as 'that's them right there' and then something i cannot make out' but already sins can be seen directly across from us so you already knew it was us before being told this information over your radio - example that's like me if i had seen yous sitting there and instantly knowing who you where ..

you also said you recognised my self with my previous blackout outfit as was used many times before .. joe rickster was well know for having blue hair and also being BLACKED out but i was actually in white on this occasion something i wouldn't normally where with no blue hair

i never posted anything directly on tweedled so your beef there for was not with me .. if you had provided a better roleplay experience within game and actually discussed this without the use of guns then im sure this could have all been avoided..

Hello again,

after such poor RP from you two of valuing your life we have decided that a report was necessary. You guys were never good at communicating in RP or outside of RP. That is the reason why QE or OOC was not brought up.

I will let the Admins take over from here because you’re yapping a lot. At the end of the day you both should’ve valued your lives and whatever happened between us days/weeks prior this clip isn’t relevant. I will attach an image with discord date of Billy’s tweedle post here since you’re also denying that ever happened

regarding us knowing who you were; your accents are pretty easy to catch on to and as I said in my previous response we heard you speak while driving past you. Yet again, this is all irrelevant and not the point of the report. Our beef with you guys has something to do with in game RP issues between us and you three (Billy, Joe and Harley) after you left the gang with pure disrespect.

Hey @wolfiehaj thank you for taking the time to report this incident.

The first thing I would like to say @wolfiehaj in future please provide Session ID's of the players you are reporting as per the Report Guidelines. Now looking at the evidence that has been attached I believe enough time has been given for the reported parties to respond with their sides/defences, while at the start of the video when you pulled up to the players being reported one of them was zip-tied leaving 2 people that being @Peter C @xRossMca1872 who then was surrounded by 4 people all with firearms giving you very clear demands to which instead of complying and valuing your life you decided to try and fight your way out by punching.
