we were going to the atm, and me and my friend just got shot for no reason.

I was with my friend which i accidentally killed in that shooting. This is by side. The guy found dead as you came here was killed less than a 30 seconds ago because he held a gun to my friend and told him to put his hands up to rob him so i shot him then you guys came 30 seconds later got out with guns so for all i know you was his friends or with him, i had no clue. So i told my friend to shout stay in the car which i think he might of said it too early, it was said as the car was aprox 20m away from the atm and my friend was round the side of the building. Obviously in the video they don't even hear it. So i thought they heard him and they got out with guns and walked around for a second so i shot and also killed my friend because of poor aiming and recoil. 

ALSO- You DID NOT try to resolve it, you simply said "recorded" and "reported", normally to resolve things you go in TS or actually hear the story but instead you said you would shoot us on sight/You are posting on forums. None of that is resolving it.

TDLR: Thought my friend said stay in car but he wasnt in range. I see guns and they got out, i shoot.

If staff deem what i did a rule break i will take the punishment.

we asked you and your friend why did you shot us, he clearly said that we tried to rob him, and thats not true...

we were arguing what happened, and your friend said " you died just go with it" something like that (i dont remember fully what he said, so im sorry for that), so losing our car, the gear we had wich we had 200 to 300k of gear both, is completely worth nothing for you? because i dont have a lot of money, because i dont play too much, i just like to roleplay around, sometimes rob a fuel station or something but thats it, so 200 to 300k for us is a lot. Thats why i said "... kill u on sight too THEN". Im sorry i dont have a print for this, but its the truth, maybe thats not exactly how his friend said it, but it basicly meant that...

 
and why would you think we would rob your friend? i clearly just got out of the car to go to the ATM and my friend clearly said before you shot him "hello my friend how are you doing?" if thats not friendly for you i dont know whats friendly then... we were going to the ATM because we just robbed a fuel station, we were going to deposit the money, and then log out.

As i said, my friend was round the side of the building, not the guy by the atm.

I didn't see you try to resolve it, no one mentioned TS. It was simply you and your friend saying we are reported.

my friend mentioned TS (tiroaolado) we went to ts and talked to the support guys, you and your friend didnt go to TS my friend asked you to go and no one went.
