We had a man restrained who was going to prison and another man who attmepted suicide and we talked him down and were going to give him some money to get started, then a zamack who was being chased by police rammed into the vehicles and killed everyone who was in the situation. We later then realized this is the same person who vdm'ed officers and civilians during a earlier police chase(no proof). We checked his steam profile and saw he joined today and by the time we finished with the RP since we did get revived the server restarted so we didn't get to ask him into ts.
