I was being followed by 2 men who I had previously been in an rp situation with which resulted in me initiating on them and them driving off whilst I shot at their car. Around 10 minutes had passed and they saw me again and decided to chase me. I realised it was them so I pulled over and got out of my vehicle with my gun, waiting for them to initiate. Instead of saying anything they decided to kill me which is RDM.

I used Nvidia's built in screen recorder which only saves the previous 5 minutes of gameplay so that's all the footage I have.

Muted the videos mostly as mic was on continuous mode and I am talking to friends etc
Same for the second video other than the places it needs to be on

02:00 We bail as we have lost sight on Zack and we want to get on with our lifes.

06:00 Zack pulls around the corner trying to kill us while the situation was over for 4 minutes and having lost sight on us for quite long so how was he able to know this was us?

I'Ve watched all videos in here. And lets break this down. 
Now @ItzMeJesse obviously he cant hear you when he is about 100M away.So yes this was RDM. 
 You say he tried to RDM you. 
I don't see 100% proof here it was him. Next time don't edit videos please, its clear in the guidelines we need unedit videos. 
Now in your first video you 2 times called him retard. This was def said with malicious intent. he cant hear you, but yet you made it now public 
to all the people on the forums you have no issue with calling someone a retard.
And after looking on our chat logs you don't mind giving Metagamed information
