Quite self explanatory. Officer asks if I have a "GoPro" and invites to his car where this guy breaks RP and then combat logs from a police arrest. Obviously since he disconnected but wasn't in TS I cannot resolve the situation.

I have asked tom to place this evidence on the table today, Prior to this incident this individual ran over 10+ members of the community [AVC] i believe is there gang, As-well as he stated to me in the car before i found tom was that he can let me quote "Change his guid" or something and make a new profile and he would be unbanned and said he has done it before.
