Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had a fight with Hustlers on Great Ocean Highway where Jay Fell gets shot and downed along with a few other Hustler members, once we had got him in the car and took him to dodgy we gave him some medical roleplay and attempted to revive him via the dodgy doctor. He then is seen dying to the defib in the first clip posted.

After this, we have gone to pillbox as we have seen a few Hustler's heading towards that area whilst we had a few of our boys there. Another fight breaks out and one of our members got taken to pillbox. Whilst in the hospital Jay Fell is seen coming out of the hospital insinuating that he has come back after respawning and had got involved again.

One of our members went to QE with Jay, where he explained that it was a different scenario and he believes he is allowed to be there. However, i do not believe this is the case as in my understanding there is a set time you have to wait after respawning before getting back into action. I also believe that Jay has decided to come to the same sort of scenario he died at as the dodgy doctor was only around half a mile down the road from the hospital.

Hi Barry, I appreciate your concern that I have breached NLR. I believe that I haven’t breached this rule due to you killing me at a car park just off of Great ocean whilst I was afk shitting, I was then taken to dodgey doctor I can back from being afk and all I saw was myself dead in a boot and was taken to dodgey to which I found out I was taken by Marabunta. I then died at the dodgey doctor at stab city and respawned and went and gather all my things together and got a phone radio and got myself a gun ammo armour and bandages and went and sat outside tequila-la and then received a message in the group chat that a fight had started at Sandy hospital which I appreciate isn’t that far away from Stab city but I believe that it was a completely new situation as Marabunta came to Sandy and hustlers found them there as they were waiting for Marabunta to get out of Sandy hospital as you can see in my report and this was a good 15 mins later if not longer than that, so I don’t believe I am in breach of NLR and I’m sure that staff will be able to see the logs and that it was well over 15 mins since I had respawned

Unfortunately, a situation had started whilst you were AFK, however we did attempt to hands you and got no response as you were not there and sadly the roleplay does not stop when you aren't at your computer. Johnny had then fired shots towards us as we had already begun a situation and you were shot in the process as you did not respond to our commands.

Correct you died near enough Stab City, but my problem lies that you bled out there and then respawned and returned to the same scenario. Your members were fighting us as a continuation of the initial gunfight and were trying to retrieve you and other Hustler members from our grasp. This leads me to believe that you have to returned to the same gunfight that your character had died at! This would be a breach of the rules as you bled out at the dodgy in near enough the same location that the fight was happening.

Correct you died near enough Stab City, but my problem lies that you bled out there and then respawned and returned to the same scenario. This fight then broke out five minutes later when johnny sees 2 members of marabunta in the hospital completely different situation to when 2 members that have died 5 minutes prior with no gun fight since great ocean highway like i said i would have clips but i sent a GPS into the hustler group chat then went to do my own business in my head im not bothered about the fact i died whilst i was AFK thats beyond the fact the gps i sent i then came back to being in a boot i dont have time stamps but im sure staff can find out what time i died and what time i returned to the situation and was downed again.
I wasn't even shot by marabunta I was shot by the unskilled marksman Jim runner as a accidental TK around a minute into me coming to the fight in sandy.

I wasn't even shot by marabunta I was shot by the unskilled marksman Jim runner as a accidental TK around a minute into me coming to the fight in sandy.

Whether you were killed by Marabunta or Hustlers you should not of returned in the first place.

Unfortunately, this is incorrect as when i drove towards Johnny, he opened fire on me proving this is the same scene. If this was not the same scene then surely he would of interacted with me and in this case would be classed as RDM? The dodgy doctor was also in Sandy and down the road from the gunfight so im unsure what you mean by this?

Anyway, i do not believe we have been able to come to a resolution so i will be leaving this till staff either decide on a conclusion or want to ask further questions, cheers.
