As we have found out, @JamstathaHamsta was not piloting the helicopter therefore not responsible for the situation that occurred.

Although I would have strongly suggested and will make a point to suggest to you that in future, @JamstathaHamsta if a situation like this arrises you should probably make an attempt to roleplay with the people involved. 

We will continue this report on the actual pilot which is SlimShady over on the report that you have placed, @DaveVT
