Please (in detail) describe the incident

So me and my buddy where salvaging the HMS Treasury. We do this by letting one person pilot a chopper really close to the water, while the rest of us gets the gold and puts it in the chopper. So we where just busy getting the gold when another chopper arived. He then proceeded to fly like 2 inches away from our rotors, and then touched our rotos wich let to our chopper exploding and my buddy getting killed. We attatched a video in wich u can see him crashing into us. At the time we had like 40 gold bars in the chopper and my buddy had another 10 on him, tho we dont have any footage of this :(. I hope we can work something out?

Hello there, im the guy that was in the CO-Pilot seat when this happend, I was not having any control over that heli as it was Slimshady that was flying it. I have no video of this nor any proof that what im saying is true. All I could ask is to look whos in the pilot seat and that guy got kicked while hovering above you. I tried too take controls but didnt have much time to do so. My video didnt save for some reason and I wish that wasnt the case. I know what me and slim was doing was shit roleplay and a really dick move. Im sorry on my half. The only defence I have right now is that I wasnt the pilot.

I will update this post soon.

Edit: It was an accident and im willing to comp if needed. I have no contact with @SlimShady anymore and I cant talk for him. Sorry for the lack of communication and I will make sure to improve my thinking of friends and I have learnt from this.

Hey, @JamstathaHamsta swam away because we cant break RP in voice so "talking" ingsme wouldn't benefit both sides anything...

(Also i cant give comp as there is no proof of ownership of any item...)

 
You said you had 40 gold bars in the huron, how can you prove that you had it, and if you can I gladly comp you, but I belive hm ships is only worth 1 mil right? Not saying that you're lying but we need proof of any gold at all, I can comp anything you can prove you had I and would appreciate if you try atleast to contact me next time before making a report like this!

Right. Pilot of the heli what was the reason you was hoovering above them?  Because it does look abit trollish to me.

waiting for friend to come initiate... so we can take their gold but before anything happened i got black screened.

 
There was no way this was a 'mistake', you blatantly hovered over our huron and went down on the roter knowing fully well you'd destroy the wings. I don't see how your screen 'blacking out' (amazing timing might I add, very unfortunate) leads to you going down and breaking the rotas. If it was a 'black out' would you not do everything in your power to go up rather than down? I fail to see how your screen going black means that your keyboard forces you to hit the key which makes you go into the huron's wings. But you used your helicopter as a waepon and thats not allowed in the rules.

Do you have a recording of the event SlimShady?

Okay not a mistake, accident. Why would 2 full geared guys vdm a huron if they want to have the gold? This was an accident and not our intentions to vdm but to rob. As far im aware using a heli to prevent another heli taking off is perfectly fine as long you have a good reason. We didnt plan to carsh into the huron at all.

And I belive SlimShady dont have recording as you never contacted me or slim before making this report.

My gear was worth about 650k... no point of me doing it intentionlly when me and my friend can die and all get stranded at sea...

I black screen'd and the game fails and thinks theres nobody in pilot so it just goes down until co pilot takes controls.

Do you have proof your Gear was worth 650k? And Slim lossing connection does not proof anything, it was long after the accident. He could have Just turned of his internet.

Turning off internet means that it would be immediate and i lost connection after getting a black screen which is a known issue. (Along with the 3fps bug)

@Random_Spartan and also sorry to be so bold but how are you inolved in this? 

Were you the diver?

@SlimShady I am the guy that got crushed by an exploded chopper. I would also have been the guy that had put a bullet in your brain if u propper tried to rob us. Wich you dont seem to be very good at?
