I pulled into Athira, geared up and headed to the bank where I see my friend being taken hostage. I headed over to the guys, and I pull a weapon when I hear him start reference taking me hostage, and I am immediately gunned down. I attempted to resolve however he refused stating he didn't think he did anything wrong and to "take to admins if u want"

Weird to see this come to a report, especially given the teamspeak discussion had after the incident. (which was left out?)

At the discussion on teamspeak afterwards, you explicitly stated that you was not going to report Jaime.
Furthermore, you made a threat to report, stating if he does not liaise with you then you will be putting a report up.
Additionally, you said that the threat to report rule only applies in game.

I explicitly stated that I did not want to make a report, not that I would not make a report. I made it clear I would rather not make a report yet here we are, lets move on.

 Furthermore, you made a threat to report, stating if he does not liaise with you then you will be putting a report up.

Wasn't me who made this report, I am unaware of who it was who stated this, however you can clearly here it was not me, if you want to talk about that then you can message the person who said that on TS etc. but that isn't a rulebreak from me? I don't see what your point is there. As well as here is a screenshot of DMs with Jamie https://imgur.com/a/zKR9Nhv where he specifically says if you want to make a report go ahead.  

If you would like to amend your accusations about threatening to report I would greatly appreciate that as I was not the person who said that (Rule of report: "Anyone creating false evidence, posting a revenge report, editing the evidence to make the accused look guilty, or knowingly providing false information on a report will end up getting banned themselves.")

Edit: I would also add to this after speaking to various other people afak there were no rules broken in this clip and it doesn't come under the threatening to report rule.

I have misread a rule, yet I didn't break a rule. Misunderstanding and breaking a rule are 2 different things, and I am now aware of it and this can be taken on to the future, however as I never broke it I am unsure as to how this is punishable?

Regarding what is quoted below I do not see how it is necessary in the first place as it doesn't affect the conversation with him(Where the guy speaks that everyones actions are theirs and theirs only)

Hi,

I have reviewed all the evidence and came to the following conclusion.

First of all the part that @imaK brought up regarding threatening to report. Threatening to report is when for example I get shot and state: "Compensate me 500k or you will be reported". What Simon did in the video is stating: "I think what jamie doesn't understand is that a report will be put up if he doesn't come and at least resolve it with us". In no way is he making a threat towards Jamie. He is stating is that Jamie possibly doesn't understand that his intentions are to either resolve this or make a report about it. It would have been different if Simon would have said: "If Jamie doesn't compensate me 500k now he will be reported". So I don't see this as a breach of the threatening to report rule.

Now onto the actual report. In the video I can see that SImon Ross is first at the market and clothing store buying items. He then goes to the Athira bank that is being robbed. Here he spectates that someone is taking his friend hostage. They are speaking to each other and Simon and a police officer are around the area. Simon then walks towards the back. This is when he is approached by Jamie. Jamie then states: "Sir can you put your hands above your head this is a hostage taking". Simon then pulls out his pistol saying: "No, no it is not". Then without any further words said he is shot by Jamie. Jamie has not provided high quality roleplay before shooting simon. Before shooting at someone we expect everyone to have high quality roleplay BEFORE shooting said person. Therefore Jamie is in breach of server rule 2.2 RDM. Since his latest warning is from the beginning of 2018 and he has no bans on record he will be given a warning for RDM. However take in mind @Felix Carlsberg we do not give people unlimited chances! Be sure to read the server rules to ensure this does not happen another time.
