Jamesss shot my tire after someone jumped into my car in greenzone. After that I tried to contact him by typing into direct chat //Can you join my ts but he didn't come. 5 min later he tried to follow me in a yellow SUV

Approved, shooting in a greenzone - especially endangering other peoples lives - is never acceptable. 

 

Makzz, due to this being your second report in a short space of time I recommend you making more of an effort to resolve matters on TS. In future upload more of the video for more sufficient evidence and if you are encountering bad events unfolding in an area I suggest informing admins and leaving. Saves you getting caught up in anything.
