@JamstathaHamsta Is there any reason why you reported Khal? From what I can see it only looks like Jakob Crisp is driving?

No reason to apologise, just wanted to make sure there wasn't any other footage of Khal VDMing. 

 
Hello, I am Khal in this video, I am not associated with anything that is to do with Jakob. As far as I know Jakob was lagging and was explicitly saying in teamspeak that his fps is dropping loads (hence his erratic driving) - whether it is believable or not is up to you

If you know who he is and or have contact with him in anyway, could you let him know that he has until the 24 Hour Period of this report being up to respond and defend his actions as right now it doesn't look good.

Hi i was lagging really bad during the time of me being in the HEMMT i get this alot because of my computer. I've been on this server for 2+ years and have never broken a rule before and i am sorry for any inconvenience. I am willing to give you compensation for any losses. -Jakob

Highly unlikely but do you happen to have any footage of this to prove your story to be true? From the video that was provided in this report, it does not look accidental at all. 

 
No sorry i don't have any footage as i don't have much space on my computer left for any videos. But i hope you understand that i have no intentions of breaking rules on the server. I also started to roleplay with these people when i died and i am often seen roleplaying with people on the server as The Vendetta Families way is roleplay over violence.

I made this report as I belive this was not an accident at all. First time you went in to me sure that could be an accident, second time definitely intentional.

 
Okay, after reviewing the evidence and gaining opinions of other Staff Team Members I have come to the following conclusion: 

The first incident that killed the reportee I think could have been and probably was an accident. Driving at speed around devils bend will do that to you. 

The second incident where you kill the player "[PMC] Foxxy" I do think was intentional. You clearly saw him standing there roleplaying with the reportee and you just drive straight into him. 

The third incident where you drive over the hatchback sport and blow yourselves and the car up was clear VDM! 

You state you were lagging, yet there is no sign of that on the reportee's video and therefore today a ban will be placed on you for Vehicle Death Match (VDM)
