What best describes this incident ?: NLR Break; Constant metagame

Please (in detail) describe the incident: A few days ago, I got into an altercation outside the ballers shop and my and my friends were robbed. The next day the same person comes right outside our house even though we were robbed outside the shop and his character has no knowledge of where we live talking about "it's the same guy from yesterday, I smoked you man for chatting shit". After he continued running his mouth I offered him a 1v1 inside the gym where he decided to stab me. (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1305277945). After this incident, I was taken to pillbox hospital and continued about my day.

Today, the same person comes to my exact location whilst im having a conversation with somebody else talking about "yo levi remember the punch up from the other day" and proceeds to hit me with a bat where I then took out my knife in self defence and downed him. (Timestamp: 03:23:00) After this, i changed my clothes and used a bandage in my house and continued about my day.

My bike later broke down and i asked the person if they could offer a repair kit to help me fix my bike. The person i asked so happened to be the same person i had put in hospital who somehow had full knowledge of who i am even though my clothes had been changed and he had taken a trip to the hospital (Timestamp 04:03:20) and knocekd me out with a bat.

1. How does he know my exact locations if he's not meta gaming?
2. How does he know it's Levi when Levi has changed clothes and he was stabbed multiple times and had surgery in hospital?

3. If you watch his own bodycam (ZenoChops) you can see he has powergamed and broke NLR multiple times.

Proof he's aware of my bodycams in order to meta.

You didn't try to resolve anything.

The first twitch clip you sent shows nothing wrong. from the incident to start all this at ballers turf You didn't die infact you got away, I killed one guy who tried to machete me and you lot then drove off, So I was hunting for you driving that car which I then found the next day (in the twitch clip you sent first)

I stream and have been for the past 2 weeks. So why would I be breaking the rules on stream.

I've never died in-between any of the situations that have happened so I would always remember you.

& I know about your streams from the day you were bagging coke in vagos turf which I wasn't online at that time & was a different day so the imgur also shows nothing. stream sniping is boring and happens to me too so defiantly wouldn't do it to you. But again I don't need to waste my time stream sniping you as I have a stream to cater for which would bait out any rule breaks

This is a harsh accusation as I don't rule break obvious rules and try make sure I don't, I don't want to put a bad light on the community for the people that watch me. & my past videos don't save publicly so where has this come from.

The time where your asking me for a repair kit, I recognise the bike from when you've rode it before which grabbed my attention & told myself its you. you then spoke which then confirmed I can kill you and I wont be killing some random guy who somehow might have had the same bike.

Would Like to add the suck your mom and nan constantly is so shit & just not RP, I tell you my mom isn't around and I tried to say it within RP & the other day telling me you will fuck me up IRL & I'm not a badman isn't appreciated either

@Levi MonetSorry I'm struggling to see the NVL breach here. @FameDo you happen to have a video/stream I could watch of the whole incident? As he has clearly provided Fame was driving around and happened to come across you. The second time is close to the hospital so it's very feasible to say you just came across each other.

I recently set streams to save for the twitch team purpose and it was unfortunately after this incident. I also didn't feel a need to record so I didn't save a recording of it

 
@Merek my claim isn't for NVL it's for New Life... 

How does he know that is Levi when he's been stabbed multiple times and taken to hospital... My clothes have been changed. 

If we're going off voices alone then that's weird because I've never played a server that allows you to remember a player by voice alone.

 
@Merek thats incredibly stupid and explains why so many people use voice changers...

The amount of times I've been asked if i'm somebody else because of accents alone... It's incredibly shocking there's no rule against voice IDing but it's ok... Now everyone with a brum accent has to get killed for sounding like this guy
