Please (in detail) describe the incident: Had information from other units and @Jordan Mayer that there was someone on a Harley XLCR selling drugs at mara turf. Both Alpha units engaged in a pursuit where the bike was coming my way by so I waited in my vehicle and the bike come towards me where I turned around and put my sirens on and Mr Fouracres did pull over, All Alpha units we're with me so I updated units on the radio when Jordan Mayer delt with the suspect at the time and put them in cuffs. At first he did seem compliant before he was put in cuffs.
He then said 'I'm fucked', But also claimed he couldn't be searched then mentioned something about a game, Was to quite to make it out. The name I got was from the plates of the vehicles and believe this is the person in the video. Whilst in cuffs Jake did say he was 'Being arrested and give his location out to his friends' What I believe is on discord, Since he had no phone out and wasn't on any radio. Jordan did find he had drugs and a gun on his person we was unable to take off them at the side of the road.
I played off the talking to his friends on discord in RP and said he was just telling us he was being arrested and where he was even though we was in front of them to try and hope he would go back in character. After he walks off I escort him and place him in my vehicle. Around 3:22 he said 'fuck this I'm getting and Admin', Then said I can't drive off as he is going to get an Admin. I told him in RP that we was outside and no office administrators work outside. He then said he's 'Getting a fucking admin pull over', So I just ignore then and call in that I'm heading to MRPD with one PIC, Due to this I kept my lights on to get there quicker since he already told his friends over what I assume was discord to his location, Last thing we want is a gunfight.
Around 3:55 he says 'Pull over, I'm done with this shit, These feds are then the R word'. Towards getting to Vagos turf a vehicle clipped my police car taking a turning a bit quick and who I believe to be Jake calls out to them saying 'It's me, It's me, It's me' so at this point it's clear this is his friends so I don't bother stopping to say sorry for the small crash, Since they got that information in a way they shouldn't of to start with. I call this in and proceed to just speed up to MRPD and call it in over the radio that his friends was following me and I clock their licence plate.
Around 4:39 I freeze for some reason, Unsure why as it doesn't happen for me at all, Then Jake says he is going to lag out the game to his friends. He then says his game just crashed but he is still in the vehicle. At 4:53 due to him lagging out his connection the car does flips all around the road so I get out of the vehicle and when it finally stops, Jake is no where to be found so it's clear he combat logged to save his items since we was right by MRPD when he did this. Could see at 6 minutes that his session id does show and then he is gone from the server. I did wait around 10-15 minutes to see if he would return and never did from what I could tell, Unsure if he did later on or not however he didn't contact any officer to hand himself in if it was a simple mistake or his game crashing.
