Officers at the hospital idenified a certain person in the hospital for possibly taking an officer hostage. He said "you will never take me alive" went through two door and started to shoot at officer. Breaking rule G1.2 Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Permanent ban.

In a prior situation to this the police have shot a member of midnight club. 
They are there at the hospital to arrest said member of Midnight club. 
One officer says to the other that this man they have infront of them is to be arrested, can he please go talk to the other man, who we see is Jaffa Benitez. As he is also suspected of kidnapping.  
Jaffa yells "You'll never take me alive", runs through some doors, pulls a gun and starts shooting. This is poor. It could even be seen as tantamount to baiting. 

The RDM Rule states this;

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence

While, I accept that perhaps this isn't a "Random" situation. The police have killed a midnight club member, taken him to the hospital and seek to arrest him. Then they state that they wish to arrest you for suspicion of hostage taking. 
However you made no attempt to make an interesting story but as we see in the multitude of perspectives and videos that have been passed to me from various sources, midnight club is set up and ready with more than competent numbers to take on the police.
Therefore I can only surmise, you weren't interested in the roleplay and you simply wanted to shoot police officers and get your friend back as easily and quickly as you see fit. 

On this basis, and focusing on the area of the rule that applies to engaging without any form of high quality roleplay I will be taking action on this report. 

Under the fair bans system based on ban history you are due a 48hr ban, however I was made aware of a complication over your previous ban so will issue a 24 hour ban in this case. 

Further to this report, I have been passed a video wherein multiple other rules are breached. 

I have identified Movin as breaching G3.3. 
Before combat starts, Movin instructs Jaffa to pull his gun but does not hotmic this information. 

(G3.3) Hot Mic - You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you, you are restrained or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in combat together.

This information is valuable to all parties and would've given the police an idea of what was going on. It would be unreasonable to suggest that "pull your gun out" doesn't influence the course of role play. 
As such under the fair bans system I will issue a 24 hour ban for this. 

Finally, 
Izaak - or MrTheBigSid. I have had your voice identified and you are divulging tactical information while down. Telling Movin that there are two officers in the room one left and one right. A little silly, as Movin already seems to be aware, but none the less. It is a rule, you are injured, filled with bullets and should role play as such. 
 

(G4.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 10 minutes.
Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.
While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. 
Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly, you were downed and have lost the fight, you will not recover instantly.
You are in medical custody until an NHS Medic releases you.

As such under the fair bans system I will issue a 24 hour ban for this. 
 

Hopefully this should serve as a reminder that we role play for fun, for everybody involved and not just for the benefit of midnight club getting their jollies.
