Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and a few gangmates went down to rebel outpost to stock up on mags and suddenly police appear telling us put away our guns etc. I tell the guy speaking to me that I won't be putting my gun away and then i proceed to try to run away from him. He says "you will be tased" and less than a second after he rubbers me and puts me in restraints.

Tried to resolve as I thought maybe it was just a mistake and he just misclicked and shot too fast or something like that but he just said that he didn't do anything wrong and I should report him if I thought differently.

I don't like to report people but I'd rather have him understand that he needs to give people time to comply rather than him just running around instantly shooting people after he finishes his sentence.

As at your own  video showed you had 0 interest of stopping or complying I even asked you to lower the weapon  before but you decided to run and  if  i would  let you out of that building I know my fellow officers will be killed  or wounded   you were having your weapon  in your hands so i have no choice to rubber you

@Jack Reacher Would you say that in this situation you provided high quality role play before shooting? 

 
I wouldn't say low quality, shoot fired maybe too fast, but as I said if I let him out of the building I know that weapon will be pointed at me or my friends so I needed to act quick

I apologize I've left this one so long sat, but I've been pondering it. 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Would you say that in your opinion, @Ji Mitch had enough time to comply with your order?

I certainly wouldn't be able to process what you said in 0.2 seconds. 

Did you feel that repeating "Sir lay down your weapon" three times before informing a person to stop running or they'll be tased created interesting roleplay before you shot?

I'm actually unsure as to whether you finished saying the word tased before you fired. 

While I appreciate that you may have been protecting your friends and had them in mind, in choosing your roleplay actions it does not over-ride the server rules as written. 

 
@Qrow i over watched the video  lot times and i will agree that i it wasint an best example of roleplay , aswell as shoot fired way to soon , and honestly sorry at this time for my actions , will accept any punishment whiduot argueing ,

I appreciate your acknowledgement of wrong doing in this case Jack, and your apology. 

I would've liked to end this report here with some stern words and a strict warning, however this is not the first time staff have found your role play wanting. Earlier this year you were warned for poor initiation. So, to ensure that we do not have a repeat of this a third time Jack, you will have to go through the unban appeal process.
