Please (in detail) describe the incident: went to a police panic, upon arriving we noticed a guy running with a knife, he got into a car, drove off, came back jumped out and started punching/stabbing a cop, so he got shot, upon him hitting the floor he disconnected, tried getting ahold of Jack in discord with no luck https://i.imgur.com/dUtcdvv.png
