I was responding on a fuel station because it was getting robbed by someone, and then the hatchback keep trying to vdm me to stop me, also i spoke to them and they told me that i vdm them but thats not true.

Right, like we said on ts, there was a lot of dsync going on in this chase, as you can see in our video we slow down infront of you, on my screen we didn't hit him once, we only once collided when he flipped our vehicle when we were swerving out the way of the vehicle on the corner. I wouldn't class any of this VDM from both parties, just a lot of dsync.

I am posting on this report since i was involved. He never mentions the desync and says that there is no desync when there is.the desync happends and causes them to hit the police vehicle. The first time was an accident and was supposed to be done by going 50m infront of him and stopping so he would stop but it failed and with the desynch aswell it caused a collision. The second time they tried to overtake him but again because of the desync that was happening the police vehicle hit the hatchback sport and made it flip.

He later tells us to come into teamspeak so we do, but then he just keeps saying we vdm'd him and we both start uploading our proof. I asked him what he wants to achieve by pulling us into teamspeak but he doesn't reply. Maybe 30 seconds later they just tell us to bugger off and leave.

There was attitude From both sides since it was you and someone else just arguing, So dont say our attitude when it was you raising your voice.

Thank you for letting me know @J Dog. After watching the videos provided by yourself and @Kennyy you can see you are clearly desync ramming the police car. The cop car went on the other side of the road after you desynced rammed once and you procedded to ram into the vehicle again. From the video I think you was doing it to make the officers stop chasing you.  I will link the VDM rule below for you, this isn't allowed as per the rules.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

As you desync rammed the police car a few times I will be issuing a ban on yourself @J Dog. As for Jackman, there is no way he could of prevented this and he wasn't the driver as confirmed by J Dog so no action will be taken upon him. Thank you for the report and sorry you had to go through this @Kennyy.
