I spoke to an admin, he then told me that it was okay to take it further.

* This guy lured me out of the greenzone to sell me a gun.
* Then zipties me while im lying on the ground
* Drags me into the greenzone again.

Note: We spoke with him on teamspeak, and he denied alot of things. Until we had the evidence.

Hi Cent. from oliver

You have been on this server for a really long time you said, 4 years. Also you kept lying and wasting my time. The stuff you did (In my opinion) should be permant banned especially when you are a long time user. You know what you did was wrong.

Regarding the compensation:

You got 8 millions + Your friends have got alot of money aswell. 15 millions is nothing for you guys, its virtual money.
You still got trucks etc to farm money and you got protection from your friends.

I was tired yesterday, so I dont know what the conklusion was.

@SWAT - Oliver Could you please try to resolve with an admin in a ts channel with both parties involved. And please don't ask for ridiculous amounts of compensation.

 
After sitting in the discussion on teamspeak with @CST Jefke V we finally come to a conclusion on the report. After a lenghty discussion with @SWAT - Oliver & @-50 CENT - it was agreed to end this report with just a Warning for 50cent. He has already been warned for this situation and that will stand. 

I will suggest in future if you want to resolve a situation please don't ask for an absurd amount of money to take the video down as we did discuss within teamspeak. Will Action this report for the warning that was given.
